Research On The Status And Function Of Aesthetic Education In Highly Effective And Positive Personality Education

What China needs in the new era is talents with high effective and positive personalities.High efficiency and positive personality means having a positive heart to face life,healthy interest and aesthetic perception,excellent creativity and higher realm of life,so as to take actions and take the initiative to move forward in the tide of the development of the times.In this regard,aesthetic education plays a crucial role in promoting the formation of various elements of high effective and positive personality.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,which illustrates the origin,research significance of this paper,defines the "aesthetic education" and "efficient positive personality education",and collates studies about the nature of aesthetic education,positive personality theory,and the relationship between aesthetic education and personality.At the same time,use literature method and history method as the paper research methods.The second part,as the theoretical basis of this paper,which respectively explore the relationship between aesthetic education and personality and positive personality education theory.The third part mainly discusses the role of aesthetic education in the construction of high effective and positive personality,including guiding positive values;stimulating creativity;improving the realm of personality.The fourth part mainly explores the difficulties of aesthetic education in the development of positive personality education,including the purpose of aesthetic education is limited to knowledge and skills,ignoring attitude and realm,the value orientation of educators and educated tend to be utilitarian and the negative effects of market economy.In order to overcome the difficulties,the author puts forward strategies to promote the formation of effective and positive personality.That is the fifth part of this paper.Strategies are creating a positive place for aesthetic education,cultivating students' healthy interest,stimulating creative potential;and to strengthen the organic combination of online education and traditional school aesthetic education,improving students' sports ability of science and technology;guiding students to pursue a higher realm of life on the basis of the unity of truth,goodness and aesthetics.It aims to help aesthetic education get rid of difficulties,advocate the cultivation of efficient and positive personality,and provide good strategies for every student's happy growth.
