Research On The Fitness Demand And Service Supply Of The Elderly In Health Care Institutions In Panzhihua City Under The Concept Of Health Care

China's population aging process is accelerating,and the health problems of the elderly have become widespread and urgently needed to be solved in society.The health care institutions that integrate health,health preservation and rehabilitation have become the elderly choice for many elderly people.Panzhihua City relies on its unique Geographical resources and environment,actively build the Sunshine Health City brand,and have established a certain scale of health care institutions.This research takes the fitness needs and service supply of the elderly in the health care institutions of Panzhihua City as the research object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical analysis method,logical analysis method,and the fitness needs of the elderly consumers in Panzhihua City.Research on the supply of fitness services in health care institutions and provide suggestions for the improvement of the quality of fitness services and future development of health care institutions in Panzhihua City.At the same time,it also provides theory for the government to formulate service guidelines and policy opinions for the elderly in health care institutions.in accordance with.Research indicates:(1)The elderly in Panzhihua health care institutions are mainly senior citizens,accounting for 43%;there are more women than men,of which 53.6% are women and46.4% are men;71.2% of the elderly consumers are the source of origin In Sichuan Province,outside Panzhihua City;the occupation before retirement is mainly enterprise employees,accounting for 55.2%;health care requires a certain economic foundation,and its economic source is mainly retirement pension,and the monthly income is generally 2000 to 2900 yuan;76.4% of the elderly with poor health status;and the time spent by elderly consumers is generally two months.(2)In terms of demand types,elderly consumers in Panzhihua have a higher demand for fitness services.92% of elderly consumers have the greatest demand for the safety and practicality of fitness venues,and 60.2% of elderly consumers Fitness equipment has the greatest demand for convenience and practicality.Elderly consumers have a higher demand for professional fitness instructors.It is hoped that health care institutions can be equipped with professional fitness instructors.51.8% of elderly consumers have knowledge of rehabilitation and health care in fitness knowledge.The demand is greatest.In terms of demand status,elderly consumers in Panzhihua City have a strong sense of fitness,but 80.8% of elderly consumers still focus on running(walking,brisk walking,running);54.8% of elderly consumers choose to spend time with their family and friends Participate in fitness activities;71.8% of elderly consumers participate in fitness in the morning;participate in fitness for half an hour to one hour,accounting for 72.2%;most of the weekly fitness frequency is 5 times or more,accounting for 75.6%;participation in fitness is small(Slight fever)accounted for89.2%;59.6% of elderly consumers participating in fitness are still affected by external factors such as weather.(3)Panzhihua City has a good living environment,superior natural resources,complete health care facilities and a high level of health.In terms of supply requirements,the local standards for the health care industry formulated and issued by the Panzhihua City Government have clear requirements for health care elements,accommodation facilities and management systems,service quality and sanitation quality,safety management,and ecological and green environmental protection.In terms of supply status,the development of health care institutions in Panzhihua City has begun to take shape.The beds in health care institutions are 26 to 339,and the charging standard is between 2,200 to 6,600 yuan\person\month.They are not equipped with professional fitness coaches,and they are scheduled every day.Body temperature,blood pressure and other physical fitness monitoring are carried out.Except for the health-care farmhouse,the publicity of fitness knowledge is organized once a month on average.(4)The elderly consumers in Panzhihua believe that the fitness venues,fitness equipment and fitness information provided by the health care institutions meet their basic fitness needs,but the service supply of different types of health care institutions is very different,and the services provided are similar to those provided by the elderly consumers.The fitness needs of people are uneven,and they are not equipped with professional fitness instructors,which cannot meet the fitness guidance needs of elderly consumers.Analysis conclusion:(1)The elderly have a greater demand for health care,and health care needs to have a certain economic foundation.(2)Elderly consumers have strong fitness needs,and the projects and organizations involved in fitness are single.(3)The service level of health care institutions is low-end,and the service supply of health care institutions of different nature varies greatly.(4)The services provided by the health care institutions in Panzhihua City are not in balance with the fitness needs of the elderly.Based on the above conclusions,specific suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen the supervision and management of health care institutions,and create distinctive health care service projects.(2)Develop a smart elderly care model,and regularly organize sports games for the elderly.(3)Formulate and publish fitness service standards for health care institutions,and set up fitness activity rooms for the elderly.(4)Balance the allocation of resources and hire professional fitness instructors.
