Under the background of urbanization development,the population flow becomes more and more frequent.The change of parents’ working and living places has led to the migration of school-age children and the emergence of the group of transfer students.After experiencing changes in the environment,transfer students come into contact with the new circle of interpersonal communication.Due to the lack of self-cognition,self-confidence and systematic support,problems of interpersonal maladjustment often occur,which will affect their academic performance and the formation of healthy psychology.In the stage of compulsory education,children’s interpersonal communication is very important to promote children’s normal learning and life.In particular,some children’s interpersonal adaptation after school transfer is directly related to their growth and development in the new environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the interpersonal adaptation of transfer children to help them achieve good school adaptation.So,what are the specific manifestations of interpersonal maladjustment of transfer children?What are the causes of interpersonal maladjustment?How to intervene in the interpersonal adjustment of transfer children with professional methods of social work?How does it work?The whole practical process is based on the gender equality education service project,and the case work method is used to intervene in the problem of interpersonal adaptation of the service object,so as to help the service object to improve the current situation of interpersonal adaptation.The semi-structured interview method,scale measurement method and participant observation method were used to understand and analyze the interpersonal adaptation difficulties faced by the service objects after school transfer,and it was found that the service objects had problems of passive communication and interpersonal alienation in interpersonal adaptation.Through the communication with the service object and the school and family system,it is found that the service object’s interpersonal maladjustment is related to the social communication psychology and the current social environment after the transfer.The development of practice is guided by the theory of ecosystem,with the method of case-work,the mode of psychosocial treatment,and the intervention of the service object in the problem of interpersonal adaptation through direct treatment and indirect treatment.On the one hand,direct treatment techniques such as support,exploration-description-catharsis are used to solve the psychological problems of the service object,so as to explore the inner cognition of the service object and improve the self-identity of the service object.At the same time,from the service object of the family,the school system to carry on the intervention,with the service object of the parents,teachers and students communicate,indirectly understand the status of the service object of interpersonal adaptation in school,and in the gender equality education theme class meeting to carry out the corresponding group activities,to observe the situation of the interpersonal service object,providing guidance and support,improve the human ability to adapt.In the process of practical work,the interpersonal adaptation scale was used to carry out pre-and post-test,analyze and compare the pre-and post-test data,and at the same time to communicate with the service object’s parents,teachers,students and other main system members.It was found that after more than two months of individual case service,the service object gradually achieved a good state of adaptability in interpersonal communication.At the same time,through a series of practical work carried out by social workers to reflect,the following three conclusions are drawn:first,the use of psychosocial treatment model to intervene in the problem of poor interpersonal adaptation of service objects has a more obvious effect on improving the difficulty of interpersonal adaptation of service objects.Second,the concept of "people in context"plays a key role in improving the interpersonal adaptation dilemma of the service object.Thirdly,it is an important basis to evaluate the service effect to index and measure the change of the service object’s interpersonal adaptation status in the service process.
