Procedure Teaching In Tennis Experimental Research In Teaching

In August 2020,the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Youth,which clearly pointed out that "open full physical education classes for all students to help students enjoy fun in physical exercise,enhance their physical fitness,improve their personality and temper their will".With the promotion and popularization of tennis in China,many colleges and universities have successively carried out tennis courses,and tennis is deeply loved by college students.Program teaching method can well make up for the shortcomings of traditional sports teaching methods in dealing with tennis technology teaching.Therefore,the application of the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the teaching experiment method,the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method.The research conclusion shows that:(1)Both procedural teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students' physical quality,and there is no significant difference in improving their physical quality.(2)uses program pedagogy to teach students basic tennis techniques better than traditional pedagogy.(3)program teaching method can effectively improve students' enthusiasm for tennis learning and learning efficiency.(4)program teaching method helps to improve students' self-learning ability and innovation ability in tennis learning.The(5)program teaching method better implements the teaching principles of teaching students according to their aptitude and giving differentiated treatmentBased suggestions:(1)in tennis teaching courses,reasonably use traditional teaching methods and procedural teaching methods to improve students' enthusiasm and learning ability.In the process of tennis teaching,(3)should be student-centered and stimulate the enthusiasm of students to learn.(4)When using the procedural teaching method for tennis teaching,pay attention to mobilizing students' positive learning mood.
