Since the FIVB has formulated a new rule for the volleyball "ball scoring system",the volleyball's offensive and defensive confrontation level and exercise intensity are more intense,and the game is more ornamental,which raises the athlete's skills and tactics higher.Claim.The improvement of volleyball skills and tactics cannot be based on the solid professional quality of athletes.The confrontation of high-level competitions is ultimately the confrontation of athletes' special qualities.Therefore,in order to improve the technical and tactical level of volleyball,we must pay attention to the training of its special qualities.In recent years,the theory and methods of functional strength training have flooded into the country,and a new wave of physical training has been rolled up.Functional strength training highlights the comprehensiveness,pertinence and integrity of strength training,focusing on the coordination and mobilization ability of muscles in exercise and the stability,balance and comprehensiveness of movements,and improving the ability of nerves to recruit and control muscles.Achieving the overall balance and coordination of the body,optimizing the transmission of the body's power chain,plays a vital role in improving the sport mode and improving the body's athletic ability.At present,functional strength training has been widely recognized in the field of sports rehabilitation,competitive sports and mass fitness,but it is relatively rare in sports teaching.Therefore,this paper takes the influence of functional strength training on the special qualities of volleyball generals as the research object,and uses the literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to study the functional strength training for the physical education professional volleyball.The intervention effect of the special quality of the students was carried out by applying 12 weeks of functional strength training and traditional strength training to the experimental class and the control class,and comparing the pre-and post-test data changes of the experimental class and the control class to the comparison analysis between groups and groups.The conclusions are as follows:1.After 12 weeks of experiment and control class,the scores of each index are improved compared with before the experiment.The difference between special sensitive quality,special speed quality,upper limb special strength and lower limb special strength is significant.The training method has a positive effect on the improvement of the special physical quality of the general volleyball students.2.The 12-week functional strength training has a very significant effect on the improvement of the special qualities of volleyball generals.It is mainly reflected in the special sensitive quality,special speed quality and upper limb special strength.It is very significant compared with the experiment before;but functional The effect of strength training on the improvement of the special strength of the lower limbs is not obvious.3.The 12-week traditional strength training has a significant effect on the improvement of the special qualities of volleyball generals.It is mainly reflected in the special sensitive quality,special speed quality and upper limb special strength.It has significant difference compared with the experiment;traditional strength training for lower limbs The enhancement of strength has a very significant effect.4.Functional strength training is better than traditional strength training in enhancing the coherence and integrity between working muscle groups,improving the coordination,sensitivity and stability of the body during exercise;traditional strength training is strengthening the body.The maximum strength of the single-joint muscle group of the limbs is superior to the functional strength training.
