Research On Entrepreneurship Policy Implementation For Private College Students In Quanzhou

This study firstly sorted out the current support policies for college students' entrepreneurship in Quanzhou from the aspects of entrepreneurship services,venture capital,entrepreneurship base construction,entrepreneurship education and training,etc;The article also analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship support policy implementation in private college in Quanzhou from some aspects such as doing questionnaire survey on undergraduates of three private colleges in Quanzhou and the implementation of related department staff and having an interview with teachers engaged in business guidance and students who have entrepreneurial experiences in three private colleges;In addition,This paper studies on the deficiencies and causes of the problems from three aspects: main departments of policy implementation,college students' cognition of policy implementation and social environment of policy implementation according to Smith policy implementation model.This article introduces drawing lessons from the successful experience of the implementation of entrepreneurship support policies in domestic developed cities like Shanghai and Guangzhou as well as the provincial capital Fuzhou: solve the source of venture capital and ensure the smooth path of start-up loans;Enhance entrepreneurship training and improve entrepreneurs' abilities;Set up entrepreneurship platform to promote experience exchange and sharing;Raise the awareness of service and the ability of executive personnel and nine suggestions are put forward to improve the implementation system of entrepreneurship policy for college students in Quanzhou,which are respectively to enhance the pertinence of policies by perfecting the related policies and to enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation by optimizing execution procedures;Establish a supervision mechanism for policy implementation;Improve the comprehensive capacity of policy executors;Integrate resources to promote policy implementation;Strengthen policy publicity and guidance;Innovate entrepreneurship education and training mechanism;Foster a good entrepreneurial environment and atmosphere;Update the entrepreneurial service system;Establish effective feedback mechanisms.Through this study,suggestions are provided for the government to formulate and improve entrepreneurship support policies,especially improve the implementation efficiency,for the advantage of accelerating Quanzhou's economic development and enhancing the motivation and success rate of private college students.On the other hand,from the perspective of private college students to expand the research field of support policy implementation of undergraduate entrepreneurship,this paper also aims to provide reference for theoretical research on undergraduate entrepreneurship policy implementation.
