The Evaluation Of Entrepreneurship Policy On College Students And Optimization Of Evaluation Index System

The government has repeatedly stressed that the college students should be the main force of entrepreneurship in the context of "Innovation-driven Development" and "Everyone start their business to make innovations".Entrepreneurship policy for college students was introduced at the end of last century in China.After more than ten years of development,the policy system including entrepreneurship education,venture financing,admission to market,tax relief,and environment improvement.The development can be divided into four stages:Preliminary exploratory stage,Step-by-step advancement,Prominently advancing,and Comprehensive advancement.The continuous development of practice has also led to the deepening of academic research,the evaluation of college students' entrepreneurship policy has gradually become the focus and hotspot of research in recent years.But in the existing research,the content of the policy itself was the focus of the analysis.This paper attempts to construct the evaluation index system from the perspective of policy evaluation on the basis of previous studies.AHP was used to assign the weight for each index.Different from previous index system,in the construction of the model in this paper,pre-evaluation is considered as a significant part as well,instead of taking the evaluation on policy performance in consideration simply.
