Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Moral Education Infiltration Of Youth Football Club Coaches

With the gradual deepening of moral education in schools,the function of moral education penetration through teaching has become increasingly evident.In the process of physical education,moral education content has also been carried out,and some practical effects of moral education have been achieved,which has been widely concerned.In 2015,the Ministry of Education and so on six departments in the implementation of the "about speed up the development of youth football campus opinion" pointed out: "the development of campus football as the implementation of khalid ents basic task,the important measures to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,as the quality-oriented education,the important breakthrough innovation,leading the reform of university physical education should give full play to their football education function".Therefore,it is imperative to further strengthen the moral education in sports.It is beneficial to enhance the health of students to carry out the research on the moral education penetration in the teaching of Changsha youth football club coaches.It is conducive to shaping good moral character;It helps to regulate behavior habits.Research in changsha city youth football club coaches carry out the work of moral education infiltration in teaching situation as the research object,through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods to teach students in changsha city youth football club in the teaching of moral education infiltration status and the influencing factors of moral education infiltration is analyzed,and countermeasures are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Coaches of youth football clubs do not have enough awareness and attention to students' moral education penetration,lack of understanding of theoretical basis,deep and comprehensive understanding of connotation,single content of penetration,and lack of students' subjective feelings.(2)Coaches of youth football clubs have a high level of education,but they lack the corresponding learning experience of pedagogy theory.In the professional learning of moral education,coaches have a relatively simple way of learning and few opportunities of moral education training.(3)The coaches in youth football clubs have a low frequency of teaching content change,which leads to the incomplete content of moral education received by students.There are various methods of moral education penetration by coaches,among which the language communication method is the most frequently used.(4)The way of penetration of football moral education for coaches of youth football clubs is more traditional.Clubs' requirements for coaches are mainly focused on professional skills and knowledge reserve,and clubs' requirements for moral education ability are not high.Clubs' evaluation indexes for coaches are not comprehensive.(5)In teaching,competition and training,the coaches of youth football clubs can actively encourage the players,but they often have bad words and behaviors.
