According to contemporary American moral education expert T. Lickona, subject teaching is a “sleeping giant” with huge potential for moral education; thus we will suffer heavy losses if it is not applied to value and moral education. Lickona also listed some value factors that were available in subject teaching. It might be concluded that subject teaching and moral education need to be bound together in the overall process of teaching. However, the society has developed and the labor division of industries has grown more complicated, and as a result, the understanding of the peculiarity of secretary major has turned to the intelligent community that has externally oriented professional knowledge structure and open thought. People’s attention to high value-added techniques, moral cognition and emotional capability has forced secretary teachers to stress the infiltration of moral education into every part of professional teaching.Beginning with the infiltrating methods and content of subject moral education, this paper studies various aspects of subject moral education of secretary major, defines infiltration and moral education infiltration, and explains the theoretical foundation for the moral education of secretary course teaching.In recent years, according to related employers, secretary major students are not showing satisfactory integrated skills. because the latter are not adaptable to the posts and weak in solving practical problems. This paper tries to discover the embodiments of moral education inefficiency in secretary teaching through an analysis of the common problems of the absent professional skills and moral education of secretary students. Four parts will be included:(1) weak awareness of integration of moral education and professional secretary courses;(2) inadequate variations of moral education methods in secretary major;(3) over-simple implementation of moral education in secretary major; and(4) absence of concept guiding and efficient moral education approaches resulted from the popular idea that skills are more important than moral education.In allusion to the above problems, this paper starts from the principles of moral education infiltration in professional secretary course teaching. Next, teaching content of different subjects will be designed, so that specific infiltrating ways of moral education in the teaching of secretary courses can be improved. The design will involve case analysis, role playing and cognitive correction. This paper is expected to provide some references for the teaching of secretary courses.
