This study exploringly proposes the concept of master quality,and study in the organizational behavior and management psychology.We adopot these ways to build the master quality appraisable index system:literature analysis,openly questionnaire survy, individual interview.We analyse all the data from the survy to unveil the present situation of enterprise employees'master quality,and find out the reasons which impact the master qulity,then propose the training methods to advance employees'master quality.This study conclude as following:I. The concept of master quality is tenable.Employee who has the high master quality considers the enterprise as his own home,and engenders series of long- term, steady-going mental and behavioral character which is useful for enterprise's build and development.II. Exploringly build the master quality appraisable index system which is devide as three dimensionality named organize identity,organize commitment,organize participation.III. Through the analyse the enterprise employees'master quality in present situation of Chongqing,we conclude this:Chongqing enterprise employees had has the master quality already,but different types of employees exists discrepancy on the master quality. There isn't discrepancy between the male and female.the middle-age employees'master quality are higher than the youthful employees';the different length of service employees'master quality don't exist discrepancy.the high-diploma employees'master quality are higher than low-diploma employees's.IV.There are different factors impact the different types of employees'master quality. These factors contain 3 dimensionalities,13 items.V.We propose the different training methods to the different types of employees'master quality:build the enterprise culture,transfer the working conception; improve interpersonal relationship, construct harmonious atmosphere;make the strategy goal reasonably, forecast the enterprise development;build the connection channel, manage democratically; build the training system, enhance the staff's quality;...
