In the Population and Family Planning Law,which was officially implemented on September 1,2002,Points out that the school should follow the rules of students' physical and mental development,targeted to carry out the sports health education,youth education or sexual health education,which is the needs of the overall development of the real society,as well as the needs of middle school students' physical and mental health development.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to carry out physiological health education with rich content and diversified forms in accordance with the characteristics of students' age.How to integrate the physical health education into the biology classroom of junior middle school in each area will become a major subject that junior middle school biology teachers need to think deeply and practice.The biology Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)aims to help students establish health awareness and build strong bodies.The subject of human physiology and health is included in the course,which aims to help students develop healthy living habits.Secondly,with the social attention to the health of middle school students,the implementation of this measure is imminent.The main purpose of this study is to seek a feasible way to infiltrate physiological health education in biology teaching of junior middle school under the current trend of high school students' health attracting much attention,and to provide practical suggestions for the implementation of various documents issued by the Ministry of Education for middle school students' health education.Secondly,through the cultivation of students' health concept,let students establish the awareness that physiological health is extremely important to their lifelong development.This study adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,experimental research and so on.Through a questionnaire survey of junior high school teachers and students,this paper aims to understand the degree and attitude of current junior high school biology teachers to the infiltration of physiological health education,as well as the physiological health awareness and knowledge of junior high school students.Secondly,according to the content of physiological health education in the second volume of the seventh grade of human Education edition,as well as students' physiological health needs,physiological health education is made into a special topic,organic integration of physiological health education and biological teaching in the form of micro lessons.Finally,the difference between the control class and the experimental class was carried out.Combined with the questionnaire test before and after,and the post-test result analysis,the experimental class was significantly improved in physiological health knowledge storage,physiological health awareness,physiological health habits and other aspects than the control class,and the practical effects of the two classes were significantly different.Through physical health questionnaires,that compared with the results of experimental classes and comparative classes,a variety of ways,such as statistical analysis of the data,the following conclusion:seepage physical health education is helpful for students physical health awareness in junior high school biology teaching,enhance their awareness of the health;Students also develop good physical health habits in daily life;At the same time,they also acquire the knowledge related to physical health,which improves students' attention to their own bodies.For teachers' worries about the teaching time,it has been better solved by adopting various ways,such as micro classes,special lectures,recommended books,movies and so on,to infiltrate in the form of homework every weekend,so as to enable students to learn physiological health knowledge independently and solve the problem of insufficient classroom time.After comparative teaching between the experimental class and the control class,the accuracy of physiological knowledge in the experimental class is higher than that in the control class,and the mean value is also 6 points higher.In conclusion,it can be proved that it is feasible to infiltrate physiological health education through micro-class,and the practical effect is also significantly effective.The research value is to provide effective methods for the teaching practice of middle school students' physiological health education in the future.
