At present,modern sports put forward higher and higher requirements for athletes’ physical quality,and our commonly used traditional training methods can no longer meet the needs of athletes.Therefore,more advanced teaching methods in modern sports competitions play a key role in achieving excellent results.In order to explore the impact of functional training on the physical characteristics of U15 men ’s football players,this thesis uses the functional action screening score table and the functional action screening test methods and scoring standards as the research,and takes 48 U15 men ’s football players in Dalian youth training base as the experimental objects of this experiment.This experiment mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,and makes a theoretical analysis and practical discussion on the impact of U15 men ’s football players on physical characteristics in functional training.Firstly,the functional movement screening test was carried out in the experimental group;Secondly,according to the test results,a targeted functional training plan was formulated for 24 U15 male football players in the experimental group;Thirdly,after 12 weeks of functional training,the functional movements of the subjects in the experimental group were tested;The athletes in the control group were trained according to the traditional training plan;Finally,through the comparative analysis of the test results between the experimental group and the control group,a conclusion is drawn.During the experiment,the functional movement screening test indexes and body shape test indexes(height,paghugh index,laurel index and vilwick index)were carried out for the experimental group and control group before the experiment,before and after the experiment,before and after the experiment,and after the experiment And the test results of physical fitness test indexes(sitting forward flexion,pull up,sit ups,free squat,dumbbell bending)are compared and analyzed.The data are mainly using spss22 0 for statistical analysis.Research results:1.Before the experiment,the functional movement screening test index results,body shape test index results(height,paghugh index,laurel index,vilwick index)and physical quality test index results(sitting forward flexion,leading up,sit ups,free squat,dumbbell bending)were compared and analyzed between the experimental group and the control group.The test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P > 0.05).2.After 12 weeks of training,the functional training in the experimental group was compared with the traditional physical training in the control group.The test results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in squatting,squatting,shoulder flexibility,active leg lifting and total test scores(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the average scores of hurdle span,spinal stability,push ups and body rotation stability showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.After 12 weeks of training,the functional training in the experimental group was compared with the traditional physical training in the control group.The test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).4.After 12 weeks of training in the experimental group,when the functional training in the experimental group was compared with the traditional physical training in the control group,it was found that in the physical fitness index test,the average score of sitting forward flexion test in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05);The average scores of pull-up,sit ups,free squats and dumbbell bending were not significantly different from those of the control group(P > 0.05).Research conclusion:1.The experiment shows that the functional training conducted by the experimental group can significantly improve the movement function of U15 male football players,enhance the stability of their trunk core,rapidly improve the overall physical quality of football players,reduce the existing potential sports risks,and make the players better prevent risks.2.The experiment shows that the functional training carried out by the experimental group can improve the physical flexibility of U15 men’s football players,improve the asymmetry of both sides of the football players’ body,and effectively improve the imbalance of athletes’ physical quality.3.The experiment shows that the functional training of the experimental group can improve the coordination of limb movement and the flexibility of hip joint of U15 male football players.The improvement of these qualities makes the football players more in line with the dynamic characteristics in action structure and action mode.
