Study On The Historical Inheritance Of Labor Education In Jiangxi Agricultural University

Of Jiangxi agricultural university,Jiangxi university of communist labor(hereinafter referred to as the "big),a total of big holds a unique position in the history of our country education,with big through self-reliance was established,in the process of cultivating talent firm political direction of running,lets the student participate in labor,realize the organic combination of teaching and labor,cultivate the students' positive concept of labor,enhances the labor people's thoughts and feelings.Therefore,the experience of labor education of the Communist University is still of reference significance today,and we should also treat the labor education of the Communist University dialectically.In this paper,the Marxist thought of labor education and General Secretary Xi Jinping on labor education as the theoretical guidance,from a macro point of view,first elaborated our country's labor education in the new China growth background and the main connotation of labor education in colleges and universities.The contents of labor education in colleges and universities mainly include five aspects: labor values,labor skills,labor habits,labor morality and labor emotions.The value of labor education in colleges and universities also includes moral education,ideological and political education guidance,life self-value encouragement and so on.Secondly,taking Jiangxi Agricultural University and its predecessor Jiangxi Communist Labor University as the research object,this paper deeply studies labor education.On the one hand,it explores the main background,content and ways of labor education during the period of Jiangxi Communist Labor University,and explores the experience that is beneficial to the development of labor education in colleges and universities,and carries on selective inheritance.Research situation of Jiangxi agricultural university labor education,on the other hand,including the information on the development of labor education,investigate the Jiangxi agricultural university students' literacy and analyzes the differences between labor,found that the Jiangxi agricultural university in the deficiency of the existing labor literacy cultivation,finally it is labor education and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide ideas for implementation of labor education and development in colleges and universities.
