Research On University Student Labor And Labor Education In The New Era

Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human society,and Labor education has unique educational value.Since ancient times,The Chinese nation is a labor loving and hardworking nation.It is precisely because of the love of work that the Chinese nation has created a splendid Chinese culture and formed a hard-working,courageous and self-improving national spirit,which has left us precious material wealth and spiritual wealth.However,with the development of the times and social changes,new forms of labor have undergone new changes,and the forms of labor have become more diverse.People have some deviations in labor and labor education.Labor,especially manual labor,has gradually been ignored by people.There are also many shortcomings in mental work motivation,patience,skills,etc.University student labor Many new situations and new problems have emerged in labor education.Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to labor education and have continuously issued calls for strengthening labor education.General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the 2018 National Education Conference: "we should carry forward the spirit of labor among our students,educate and guide students to advocate labor and respect labor,and understand the most glorious work,the highest labor,the greatest labor and the most beautiful labor.After growing up,we can work hard,work honestly and create productive labor." In 2020,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era".The document clearly pointed out that labor education should be carried out in universities,middle schools and primary schools across the country,and labor education should be promoted.Labor education has once again attracted public attention.This article mainly focuses on the status quo,problems,causes and countermeasures of college students' labor and labor education,and mainly studies the following issues:(1)Theoretical analysis of labor and labor education;(2)The educational function of college students' labor and labor education;(3)Investigation and Analysis on the current situation of labor and labor education of College Students;(4)Optimal path of college students' labor education.For the theoretical analysis of labor and labor education,in the second part of this study,through consulting a large number of literature,we first analyze and summarize the historical evolution of labor form and labor education.In primitive society,labor was dominated by direct manual labor,and labor education was survival education;During the period of agricultural civilization,the form of labor was indirect manual labor.People used simple tools to seek a life,and labor education was life education;During the period of industrial civilization,people used large machines to engage in labor production,and labor education was technical education;Finally,in the era of information civilization,people's labor patterns tend to be smart labor patterns.Labor is to promote the liberation of people,and labor education is education for all-round development of people.Then it points out that labor education is the necessary requirement of practicing Marxist educational concept,the practical way to implement the educational concept of "establishing morality and cultivating people" in the new era,and the inevitable requirement of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which has profound value implication.Next,in the third part of the study,this study summarizes that labor and labor education can cultivate students to form a correct concept of labor,help students form good labor habits,temper students to form a strong will,stimulate students' innovative spirit,and have a unique educational function.Then,in order to understand the current situation of labor education of college students,the fourth part of this study mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to carry out the research.During December 2019,350 paper questionnaires were distributed to students in three colleges and universities in H Province(of which,25 points for invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and 325 valid questionnaires were recovered).The survey found that the current labor and labor education of college students mainly have the following positive aspects: labor awareness still has a foundation,labor forms are rich and diverse,labor ability reflects technology,and labor education is in the ascendant.At the same time,college students' labor and labor education also have problems such as inadequate labor concepts,single labor forms,insufficient working hours,insufficient labor intensity,weak labor skills,and lack of labor education.From this analysis,the main reasons behind it are: the poison of contempt for labor in traditional culture,the impact of various thoughts in social transformation,the negative impact of exam-oriented education,family education deviation,the chain effect of technological progress and development,and labor in colleges and universities.Reasons such as lack of education and dislocation.Based on the above problems and reasons,in order to strengthen the labor education and improve the labor quality of college students,this study puts forward the following countermeasures in the fifth part: strengthen the concept of labor education,build a socialist labor education system with Chinese characteristics;optimize the labor education environment,and build a "home-school-community" collaborative education Layout;pay attention to labor education practice,and promote the deepening of labor education to achieve results;pay attention to the objects of labor education,and respect the subject status of students in labor education.
