China is a developing agricultural country.For a long time,the communist party and government have paid great importance to the agriculture and rural development,since2004,the government has been focusing on the " three dimensional rural issues(Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry)" by fourteen times.However,due to the national conditions "a large population with relatively arable land" and "the binary structure of urban and rural policy",China's "three dimensional rural issues" is still a outstanding problem.The core of "three dimensional rural issues" is the farmers 'income problem,the key is to solve the problem of farmers' employment.Although the Farmers' employment is related to the environment of macroeconomic development,it is also linked to cultural quality of the rural labor force,which is based on rural education.Therefore,at the moment the current economy goes into the new normal,agriculture goes into a new stage,the rural labor force's employment issues should pay more attention,and the quality of rural labor force is worth studying.Based on the theory " the influence of rural laborers' educational level on their career choice",Through field research on 587 farmers in Nanchang City,Ganzhou City,Ji'an City,Yichun City and other 5cities in Jiangxi province,after collecting the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the relevant data to test the rural labor force on its career ability,career space,career development and its influence on family income and family education.This Paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in rural education.The results show that:(1)The overall level of rural labor education in Jiangxi is not high,the vast majority of junior high school education and the following,the primary education level of the labor force accounted for 1/3 of the proportion.(2)The level of the rural labor force is different,and there are differences in the choice of employment place.(3)the educational level of rural labor force has a significant influence on their career choice.With the increase of the educational level of rural labor force,the proportion of agricultural production work is decreasing;the proportion of non-agricultural work is obviously increasing(4)The educational level of rural labor force has a significant influence on the attitudes towards accepting new things,also this attitude have grat influence on their job employment.(5)The size of cultivated land contracted by rural laborers has a great influence on their career choice.If the cultivated land is large,then they mainly engaged in agricultural production activities for their career choice.On the contrary,they are more inclined to engage in non-agricultural employments for their career choices.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward five suggestions:(1)Payingattention to rural education and raising the educational level of rural labor force.(2)Actively promote vocational and technical education,improve the rural labor force employment capacity.(3)Build a platform for rural labor force career guidance,improve its employment service system and expanding its employment channels.(4)Guide the transfer of land management rights,taking into account the cultivation of professional farmers and the transfer of agricultural labor.(5)Increase the human capital investment of rural labor force,improve their employment space and income levels.
