The file pointed out that social adaptation is an important part of the concept of "quality education" advocated.The "National College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guidelines" pointed out that the main learning area of physical education curriculum includes the important content of "social adaptation",in the course of physical education,students can gain knowledge and skills,promote physical and mental health,and improve social adaptability.The impact of topics such as physical activity and exercise on the social adaptation of undergraduate college students has been confirmed by research.In addition,the current importance of social adaptation ability has been studied in the past.On the basis of the results and theories,the continuous exploration and practice of physical activity for the cultivation of the social adaptation of undergraduate college students is a topic worthy of in-depth study.Based on the literature review,this article refers to previous studies,using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire,Health Behavior in School-Aged Children,Pittsburgh Sleep Index,and Chinese College Student Adaptation Scale to assess the physical activity of college students Investigate the status quo of level,screen time,sleep quality,and social adaptation,and analyze the difference in gender of the four variables,from low,medium,and high physical activity From a horizontal perspective,it analyzes the impact of physical activity on social adaptation,and at the same time explores the mediating role of sleep quality in the influence of physical activity level on social adaptation and the regulatory role of screen time in the influence of physical activity level on sleep quality.conclusion as below:(1)In terms of overall and gender differences,the proportion of undergraduate college students with low levels of physical activity,the proportion of moderate levels of physical activity,and the proportion of people with high levels of physical activity are 10.2%,47.7%,and 42.1%,boys with a high level of physical activity significantly higher than that of girls,and the proportion of girls with a moderate level of physical activity significantly higher than that of boys.The screen time is seriously overtime,and there is no significant difference in the screen time of college students of different genders.36.2% of undergraduate colleges and universities are suffering from sleep disorders.Compared with male college students in undergraduate colleges,the sleep quality of female college students is more worrying.The social adaptation of undergraduates in undergraduate colleges is significantly lower than the domestic norm,the social adaptation status is not optimistic,and the social adaptation ability of male students is significantly better than that of female students.(2)There is a significant correlation between the physical activity level,screen time,sleep quality and social adaptation of the undergraduate students in undergraduate colleges and universities.The correlation is shown as follows: physical activity level and social adaptation are significantly positively correlated,in the context of social adaptation,the adaptation of interpersonal relationships is most relevant to the level of physical activity;physical activity level significantly positively predicts sleep quality,and its correlation is mainly reflected in the subjective sleep quality and hypnotic drugs;sleep quality and social adaptation are significant positive correlation;screen time significantly negatively predicts sleep quality,and has the highest correlation coefficient with sleep disorders.(3)Among the undergraduate college students,the level of physical activity can significantly positively predict social adaptation,and the quality of sleep plays a part of the mediating role between the two;the higher the level of physical activity of college students,the better their sleep quality,Which in turn promotes the stronger social adaptability.(4)In the influence of physical activity level of undergraduate college students on sleep quality,screen time is the moderating variable,that is,the impact of physical activity level of undergraduate college students on sleep quality will exist depending on the individual screen time.There is a significant difference.Compared with the low screen time,the physical activity level of the undergraduate college students with high screen time is more closely related to the quality of sleep.(5)The physical activity level of undergraduate college students can directly predict social adaptation,and the effect of physical activity level on social adaptation is a mediating mediating effect,that is,physical activity level produces social adaptation through sleep quality The effect of physical activity level on sleep quality is also positively regulated by screen time.
