Nowadays,the cultivation of core literacy has become the hot spot of world education reform.In the General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards promulgated in 2017,it is clearly pointed out that the core qualities of physical education are composed of three elements: athletic ability,health behavior and sports morality.Cultivating students' core qualities in physical education has become the starting point and landing point of physical education curriculum teaching,which puts forward a higher demand for physical education teaching in schools.As an important link in physical education teaching,it is a methodological system to design,combine and standardize physical education teaching activities,and an effective bridge to bridge teaching theory and practice.In this context,how to cultivate the core quality of physical education disciplines and correctly use the teaching mode of physical education is of theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of teaching and realize the all-round development of students.Through the research methods of literature,investigation and logic analysis,this paper begins with the theoretical discussion of the core quality of physical education subject and the teaching mode of physical education,and systematically summarizes the inherent requirements and application principles of the core quality of physical education subject to the use of high school physical education teaching mode.On this basis,the current situation of the use of physical education teaching mode in Changsha High School under the core quality of physical education subject is investigated and analyzed,and the existing problems are found,so as to put forward the optimization countermeasures.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.the core quality of physical education subjects pay attention to the all-round development of students,requires changing the single physical education teaching model,highlighting the student development-oriented,physical education teaching model reflects the student's main position,attaches importance to the student's personality development,the physical education teaching model respects the individual differences of students,emphasizes the student's development process,breaks the static physical education teaching mode,follows the principle of pluralism,human culture,differentiation and dynamic in the application.2.through the analysis of the current situation of the use of physical education teaching model in Changsha City high school,it is found that there is not enough diversification in the use of physical education teaching mode in Changsha City,cannot meet the comprehensive development of the core quality of physical education subjects,lack of human dimensions,is not conducive to the main construction of core physical education subjects,does not reflect the differences in the use of physical education teaching mode,is not conducive to the development of students' physical education core quality,do not pay attention to the dynamic adjustment of the use of physical education teaching model.It does not meet the problems of the sustainable development of the core quality of students' physical education subjects.3.sports subject core literacy Changsha City high school reasonable use of physical education teaching model,to train physical education subject core literacy as a guide,and further clarify the goal of physical education teaching;Highlight the understanding,exportability and reflection of the teaching process,and further emphasize the student subjectivity of the use of physical education teaching mode;Using diversified and differentiated teaching methods to further reflect the individual differences of students in the application of physical education teaching mode;The teaching evaluation method of multi-feedback is adopted to further ensure the timely and dynamic adjustment of the application of physical education teaching mode.To improve the teaching comprehensive quality of physical education teachers,and further improve the effectiveness and quality of the use of physical education teaching model.
