Whether the students of physical education can be competent for the future teaching task depends on their core accomplishment to a great extent.With the change of the idea and content of physical education in schools,students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities should keep pace with The Times and focus on cultivating their teaching ability based on core qualities.This article in shihezi university,xinjiang normal university,university of kashgar,ili normal university,college of changji these five universities,select participated in practice teaching of physical education major students and teachers as the research object,research and analysis of the teaching ability of students,to explore the core accomplishment horizon,problems existing in the practice of students,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,trying to xinjiang university sports education professional students teaching ability training to provide theoretical reference and practical help.Through the investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.All schools basically pay attention to students' all-round quality,develop the core quality goal around students,and reflect certain training characteristics.But in general universities of sports discipline core accomplishment "sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character" the embodiment of the three aspects are not specific enough,the lack of core literacy manifests its characteristics of sports discipline training plan,and to satisfy the needs of the society initiative and diversified practice,various universities sports education professional training in the process of concrete operation and the evaluation also needs to be refined.2.At present,the 5 colleges and universities in Xinjiang mainly cultivate physical education majors through theoretical and practical courses.The practical courses include education novitiate,study,practice and volunteer teaching,etc.Changji College integrates internal and external forces in the process of internship,study and training,which plays a certain role in improving students' ability.The content of basic skills test of Xinjiang Normal University is highly consistent with the training goal of core quality of physical education in the modern era,and has achieved good results.3.There are mainly two factors that affect the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education.On the level of students themselves: learning initiative needs to be enhanced,knowledge framework needs to be improved,and professional skills need to be improved.External factors: the curriculum arrangement of core physical education in colleges and universities needs to be improved,the leading position and creativity of teachers need to be strengthened,the teaching facilities and environment need to be improved,and the communication and interaction between colleges and universities and practice bases need to be strengthened.4.In view of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Subjectively,stimulate students' interest in learning;Strengthen systematic learning,improve their own knowledge framework;Scientific management to improve students' professional level;Objectively,make clear training objectives;Highlighting teachers' dominance;Improve the construction of venues and facilities,strengthen the communication and interaction between universities and practice bases,and innovate the methods to improve the core quality of sports.
