In December 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which put forward the physical education teaching goal with the purpose of developing students' core quality of physical education,and the corresponding physical education reform has been highly valued.Sports teachers' teaching behavior is the key link in physical education teaching reform,scientific evaluation of sports teachers' teaching behavior is sports discipline core literacy development goals can carry out the key,but through the consult literature material found at present about sports discipline core quality of high school physical education teachers teaching behavior evaluation index is still very little.Therefore,this study hopes to build the evaluation index of teaching behavior of high school physical education teachers with the development of physical education discipline core accomplishment as the goal,guide the improvement of teaching behavior of high school physical education teachers,and then promote the completion of the teaching goal of physical education discipline core accomplishment.Therefore,the main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Questionnaire survey was used to investigate and analyze 92 physical education teachers from 18 high schools in 9 districts and counties of Changsha on their views on the development of physical education core accomplishment and the status quo of teaching behavior.(2)Using the literature method to sort out the theory of discipline core literacy and related teaching policies,combined with the current situation of teaching behavior of high school physical education teachers,construct the evaluation index of teaching behavior of high school physical education teachers based on the core literacy of physical education subjects.(3)The weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,so that the evaluation index has strong operability in the practical application.(4)Through the case analysis of the teaching behavior of physical education teachers in Changsha No.1 Middle School and Ningxiang No.5Middle School,the scientific nature and effectiveness of the evaluation indexes were further verified.Based on the above content,the following conclusions can be drawn :(1)PE teachers have fully accepted the development of PE discipline core literacy in their thoughts and attitudes,and are optimistic about its positive impact on the development of students' comprehensive ability in the teaching process.However,it is difficult to grasp how to effectively implement PE discipline core literacy requirements in the actual teaching.Core(2)based on the physical quality of high school physical education teachers teaching behavior evaluation index eventually identified as "in order to improve the students' sports ability,for the purpose of teaching behavior","to guide students to healthy habits for the purpose of teaching behavior","moral education students with sports teaching behavior for the purpose of" three first-level indicators,stimulate students interest in sport "nine secondary indexes,such as"Accurate demonstration of sports skills and movements" and other 46 three-level indicators.(3)Suggestions for the implementation of three evaluation indicators are put forward: try it first,and optimize it in the process of use;Taking the evaluation of teaching behavior as the breakthrough point,the teaching of core quality of PE discipline should be promoted.Taking the reform of teaching behavior as the breakthrough point,we should optimize the performance management of teachers in all disciplines.
