The realization of teacher professional development is an important part of promoting the construction of teacher team and strengthening the professional level of teachers.In October 2020,the general office of the central committee of the communist party of China issued by The General Office of the State Council on strengthening and improving the new era of school sports work opinion "pointed out that in 2022 with strong physical education teachers,more robust system of school sports work mechanism,teaching,training,competition system,set up the education teaching quality improving,educational effectiveness significantly enhanced,Students' physical quality and comprehensive quality have been significantly improved.To better promote and realize the junior middle school PE teachers' professional development in Jiangxi province,grasp the present situation of the junior middle school PE teachers' professional development in Jiangxi province,this study in junior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi province as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi province education ecology analysis,Suggestions are put forward for the professional development of junior middle school PE teachers in Jiangxi Province.The research suggests that:(1)the junior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province present the characteristics of more men than women,younger trend and strong professionalism.In terms of teacher structure and gender,male physical education teachers occupy the majority,age and teaching age present the characteristics of younger.The education background is mainly undergraduate,the professional title is mainly secondary school,the major is physical education,and the school is junior high school It is mainly in middle school.(2)The unreasonable structure of professional knowledge in the internal ecological cultural field,the emphasis on theory over practice in the cultural field and the lack of professional feelings in the natural field of junior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province are reflected in the unreasonable structure of professional knowledge,low starting point,relatively weak theory and lack of overall effect in the current situation of professional development,the emphasis on practice over theory and weak professional ability in the cultivation of professional development,There is no "flowerpot effect" in the development of good professional ability;lack of professional feelings and many restrictive factors lead to weak self-development awareness and strong institutional factor effect.(3)The external ecological professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province has a single evaluation mode,which leads to many factors of physical education teachers' professional development.The organizational training system,mode,way and quality also need to be improved,which can not create a good professional development training "flowerpot effect" is weak.The research suggests that:(1)Establish a reasonable male/female ratio of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Jiangxi Province,and introduce highly educated talents to drive the whole teaching team to form a good "flowerpot effect" to promote the improvement of professional level.(2)The strategies of educational ecology for the professional development of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangxi province include: enriching the structure of teachers' professional knowledge,realizing the overall effect of professional development;improving the scientific research ability on the basis of optimizing the professional ability and improving the knowledge structure of physical education teachers;clearly positioning the professional identity of teachers,giving play to the subjective consciousness of self-development,and improving the professional self-development Ability and strengthen professional feelings,break through the restrictive factor effect.(3)To optimize the external ecology of the professional development of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province,we should speed up the revision of the management system of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province;reform the evaluation system of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province to promote the return of the educational niche of teachers' professional development;optimize the training system and system of junior middle school physical education teachers in Jiangxi Province,and determine the reasonable training objectives based on the current situation,so as to achieve the goal of formulating the evaluation system Diversified training methods and flexible training cycle are organically combined.
