In 2020,our country has accomplished the overall goal of poverty alleviation in the new era as scheduled,and the poor population and poverty-stricken areas have all been lifted out of poverty below the current standards.As a part of the guarantee for poverty alleviation,the minimum living standard security system has played a role in maintaining social harmony and stability,fairness and justice,as well as guaranteeing the basic living of the people in need,and has contributed tremendously to the victory of the fight against poverty.At present,the majority of people enjoying the minimum subsistence allowances live in rural areas,and rural families that are covered by the minimum living allowances generally face many problems such as low family income,lack of labor,old age,illness,and loneliness.The solution to these problems cannot be achieved by relying solely on the power of the government.To solve them,it requires the participation of various social forces.The concept of social work helping others to help themselves and professional ways of helping others can provide more professional,standardized and scientific services for rural subsistence allowance families.Through conducting specific analysis of the difficulties and problems of rural subsistence allowance families in the form of individual cases,it is beneficial to the solution of the difficult problems of rural subsistence allowance families.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign researches on the subsistence allowances,this article takes the subsistence allowance families in B Village,L Township,Urumqi City as the service objects and research objects.A detailed investigation and analysis of the problems and causes of the village subsistence allowance families were carried out.That traditional social assistance methods cannot effectively match existing resources with the needs of subsistence allowance families.There is no effective response to the various problems and needs faced by rural subsistence allowance families,and rural subsistence allowance families are in a state of passive acceptance.The aid effect has not been optimal.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the social work service model to rural subsistence allowance family services to help service target families improve their family's ability to cope with difficulties and self-development,and to achieve better relief results.In order to further summarize the effective experience of case work in the problem solving and demand satisfaction of rural subsistence allowance families,and to promote the development of subsistence allowance families or individuals,the author selected a typical client from the survey and interview subjects to carry out case service work.On the basis of detailed intervention plan and reasonable setting of intervention goals,social workers play multiple roles such as enabler,educator,advocate,contact,and healer,using professional working methods and skills to develop in five stages Case intervention services have been provided to effectively help the client's family to solve and reduce the problems existing in the client's family.Some conclusions were reached after the research,such as adhering to the principle of individualization,giving full play to the advantages of the service object in the service,and paying attention to linking resources;at the same time,it was also restricted by some factors,such as short service period,Services lack continuity,insufficient ability to effectively link resources,and insufficient ability to use professional methods and skills flexibly.The research concludes that: tap the potential of service targets,build confidence in change,link resources to improve the social support network of subsistence allowance families,cooperate with all parties to improve the ability of subsistence allowance families to resist risks,and actively advocate and promote policy revision and improvement.Suggest.
