Post-80’s knowledage workers have become the main force of the social development. As the new generation after the reform and opening, they face the opportunity. On the other hand, they also face new life difficulties. They not only eager to a successful on work, but also are keen to family happiness. But the work and family are not harmonious sometimes. How to achieve harmony between work and family, namely the work-family fit, is the focus of this study.Through reviewing the work and family relations related literatures and the theoretical basis of work-family fit (Social exchange theory. People-environment fit theory and Ecosystem theory), this paper found that needs and resources are the important influence factors of working-family fit. The past studies of working-family fit focused on the model of the construction and the development of the theory. But there were lack of empirical researches. Post-80’s knowledage workers as the new group have unique characteristics. How to improve their perception of the work-family fit has important realistic meaning. But the relationships of their demand characteristic, the support they have got and the work-family fit they have perceived have not been clear.This study have defined post-80’s knowledage workers summed up their characteristics, and reviewed the research of work demands, social support, and work and family relations. Taking into consideration of unique work demands (work load and learning needs), and work-family supports which the post-80’s knowledage workers have got (leadership support and emotional support), this study hope to research the influence of these factors on their perception of the work-family fit and on its four dimensions (work-family not interfere, work-family facilitate, family-work not interfere and family-work facilitat). Given on the unique work demands and the supports which they got have relationships with their popution characteristics,this study put the population characteristics (gender and marital status) into the model as adjustment factors. The study hope found how the factors affected the post-80’s knowledage workers’perception of work-family fit.The conclusion will provide guidance on how to improve their work-family fit.
