Study And Measure On The Present Situation Of Youth Entrepreneurship In Binhai New Area

Entrepreneurship,especially the youth entrepreneurship,plays an important role in driving economy development and optimizing economy structure.Binhai New Area,as the pioneering beneficiary of the open door policy in North China,is becoming an economic center of manufacture,research,shipping and logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Bohai Bay Rim as well as the Northeast Asia.In this dissertation,the youth entrepreneurship in Binhai New Area is analyzed in order to improve the service levels of local function departments for young entrepreneurs,help encouraging the startups,further boosting the local economy.This dissertation first presents the entrepreneurship situation and policies in both China and abroad,including zhongguancun in Beijing,the silicon valley in United States,Tsukuba in Japan.Through the questionnaire results and relevant statistics in Binhai,the dissertation analyzes the environment of youth entrepreneurship and the influncing factors and the present problems.Then suggestions are concluded for the government to support the young pioneers,in order to solve specific problems in innovative public service,relevant regulations and policies,training system,and financing methods.In conclusion,package supports by the government are requried by the youth entrepreneurship.
