Economic and social development led the industry scale expanding gradually,making the competition between enterprises,the enterprises in order to be able to in the fierce market stable foothold,is bound to the internal staff's working ability and comprehensive quality put forward higher requirements,so the staff's working pressure is significantly enhanced.On the other hand,due to the gradual change of ideological values,the social status of modern women has been rising,and women have become an indispensable part of the workplace.In addition to the status of enterprise workers,women also act as mothers,daughters,wives and other multiple social identities.Working women are often under a lot of pressure because of their multiple social roles and fast-paced lives.This paper will focus on the group of working women,based on the perspective of social work intervention,to discuss and study a number of pressure issues faced by female employees in the workplace and life.There are a wide range of sources that promote the sense of pressure among female employees in enterprises.A large part of female employees undertake the duties and responsibilities of taking care of families,raising children,and coordinating work and life.These pressures from family,workplace and other levels will have a great negative impact on women's physical and psychological health levels.If the enterprise does not properly help female employees to solve the pressure they are facing in a timely manner,their family life will be disharmonious and their work efficiency will be low.At this time,the career development of female employees in the enterprise will be negatively affected,which will directly affect the economic benefits of the enterprise.Through various investigations and studies on the pressure faced by female employees of A enterprise in S city,the author has made A comprehensive analysis of the sources and influences of the pressure on female employees of A enterprise.And by the methods of social work in the team work,team stepped in,A female worker out of pressure overload problem,tries to find the most suitable for enterprise social work intervention methods,good coordination within the enterprise employee relationship.Which provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for female employees in enterprises in China to solve the stress problem,and promotes the further development of social work localization in China.
