On March 20,2020,the CPC Central Committee issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which made overall plans and arrangements for labor education and put forward important opinions,making it clear that labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Required to carry out the labor education to fully implement the party’s various education policies and regulations,labor education should always adhere to the khalid ents,in law education,be included in the whole process of personnel training,throughout all phases of the student’s growth at the same time,family,school and society,reasonable grasp educational guiding principle,follow the rules of education development,improve the mechanism of the system,Pay attention to the practical effect of labor education,and finally make college students internalize the labor concept in mind and externalize it in practice.The development of human society is inseparable from labor.Labor education is of great practical significance in the construction of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and in the level of talent cultivation.In this paper,Marx and Engels contain a wealth of labor education related discussions,pointing out that labor can fit the relationship between people themselves,life,history and society,and fit the needs of political,economic and cultural development.The excellent traditional Chinese culture also contains abundant labor education resources,which can provide inexhaustible spiritual source for labor education of college students.In the past 70 years,college students’ labor education has achieved positive results in carrying out the Party’s principles and policies comprehensively.This study comb over the past 70 years of the development of the party central committee under the leadership of college student labor education,combined with the feature of era can be divided into sprout exploration period,reform period adjustment,characteristic development,comprehensive build four stages,on this basis,according to different historical stages of college students’ values education,and labor practice skills education main content analysis,Then draws 70 college students from single to comprehensive labor education curriculum,teaching forms from the heavy manual to Nao Ti combined with the feature of the evolution of,and conclude that college students in the labor education and practical teaching methods,such as model demonstration method,experiential learning,exploratory teaching method,the method combining the dominant education and recessive education.Through the above research,it is found that there are still some imperfections in college students’ labor education in the past 70 years,but many basic experiences are accumulated and precipitated: always adhere to the guidance of Marxist labor values;Always adhere to the principle of taking the times as the goal orientation;Attach great importance to the status and intrinsic value of labor education;Always adhere to the combination of labor education with ideological and political education and labor social practice.What is more noteworthy is that,since the new era,strengthening college students’ labor education in the whole society will not only help train college students to understand and form Marxist labor view,improve their comprehensive quality and ultimately promote their all-round development,but also help to build a strong educational country,make education flourish,and improve social productivity to realize the great Chinese dream of rejuvenation. |
