Research On The Education Of College Students' Labor View In The New Era

The material wealth and spiritual wealth of human society are created by labor.Labor is not only the basis and premise of human survival and development,but also an inexhaustible motive force for social development and progress.The correct view of labor is the subjective premise for them to actively participate in productive labor practice and participate in socialist modernization.The survey shows that the labor view of contemporary college students is generally positive and healthy,but some college students are affected by social unhealthy phenomena and speech information.There is a deviation between their labor view and social mainstream values,and even there are some phenomena such as low labor willingness,poor labor habits and avoidance of labor.Strengthening the education of college students ' labor view,establishing and perfecting the system mechanism and curriculum system of labor view education,and correctly guiding the labor view of contemporary college students are the inevitable requirements of talent training in colleges and universities in the new era.This study mainly includes the following four parts.Firstly,on the basis of the background and significance of the research on the education of college students ' labor view,through the collation and analysis of existing literature,the current research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the research ideas and methods are clarified.Secondly,it mainly sorts out and defines the related concepts of labor,labor view and the education of college students ' labor view.Based on the Marxist labor view and education thought,the labor view and education thought contained in Chinese excellent traditional culture and the related discussions of previous leaders of the Communist Party of China on labor view and education policy thought,it provides basic theoretical guidance for the later questionnaire survey and path analysis.Again,through the design of the questionnaire,to investigate the current situation of college students ' view of labor,objectively summarize the positive performance and typical problems.At present,the overall outlook on college students ' labor is good.Most students have correct labor cognition,correct labor attitude,upward labor emotion and good labor behavior,but some students also find some bad tendencies :incomplete understanding of labor value,tendency to have a negative attitude,lack of innovation spirit in line with the development of the times,and the phenomenon of different knowledge and behavior.This paper analyzes the deficiencies and reasons from the perspective of the three major educational subjects that have great influence on college students ' labor outlook.Finally,based on the empirical research and cause analysis of the third part,guided by the concept of " five education integration development " and "innovative labor," the goal of college students ' labor concept education in the new era is clarified,so as to optimize and guide the play of the three main roles of universities,society and families,in order to provide feasible countermeasures for improving college students 'labor concept and strengthen labor.
