Teachers are the key to improve the quality of education.The level of teachers' well-being will directly map to their teaching behavior,and then affect the quality of education.According to previous studies,the principal's leadership style and attitude towards teachers are also an important factor affecting teachers.Improving the job happiness of secondary vocational health school teachers and devoting their enthusiasm to the cause of health education in the motherland is an urgent problem to be solved in health vocational education.This thesis mainly discusses the impact of principals' transformational leadership style on Teachers' job well-being.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature related to transformational leadership style and job well-being,combined with the research results of predecessors,this thesis puts forward the conjecture that "professional identity" plays an intermediary role between the two variables,The theoretical model and research hypothesis of "principals' transformational leadership style-professional identity-teachers' job well-being" were made,and 324 teachers from 5 secondary vocational health schools in Shijiazhuang,Hengshui and Qinhuangdao of Hebei Province were selected for investigation.After the questionnaire was collected,the reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis were carried out with SPSS and Amos software,then verified by regression analysis and structural equation model.At the same time,in order to further deepen the research,some principals and teachers were interviewed around the impact of transformational leadership on Teachers' job well-being.The conclusions are as follows:Principals' transformational leadership,teachers' job well-being and professional identity are all affected by demographic variables.The transformational leadership of principals has a positive impact on the professional identity of secondary vocational health school teachers,among which moral example,vision incentive and leadership charm have a positive correlation with professional identity,while personalized care has no significant impact on professional identity;Transformational leadership has a positive impact on Teachers' job well-being,and its four dimensions of moral example,vision incentive,personalized care and leadership charm have a positive impact on job well-being;Teachers' professional identity has a positive impact on job happiness;Professional identity plays a mediating role in principals' transformational leadership and teachers' job well-being.According to the research conclusion,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the job well-being of secondary vocational health school teachers from the perspectives of cultivating the transformational leadership of principals and improving teachers' professional identity.First,we need to start from the four dimensions of transformational leadership.First,principals should pay attention to moral example and set a good example by setting an example;Secondly,it emphasizes the motivation of vision and draws a beautiful blueprint for teachers;Thirdly,we should be people-oriented and provide personalized care;Finally,give play to your personal charm and improve your ability and level.Second,improve teachers' professional identity to improve their sense of work happiness.Start from the national and social levels,school levels and individual levels to help the construction of teachers.
