"Education is the foundation of our century-old plan.The education plan is teacher-oriented." In school education,teachers are the key factor to determine the quality of education,and their professional identity directly determines their working attitude and teaching investment.Among them,physical education teachers,especially primary and secondary school physical education teachers are also an important part of school education,but from the past,they did not give enough attention to the teaching,in the field of research has not received comprehensive attention.At present,although the academic circle has begun to pay more and more attention to the teaching group of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,but its research mostly focuses on the field of primary and secondary school physical education teachers' professional knowledge,professional ethics and so on,the professional identity of primary and secondary school physical education teachers still lacks the corresponding in-depth research.In view of this,this study select "zhengzhou city primary and secondary school physical education teachers" as the research object,using the literature material method and interview method,in primary and middle school PE teachers' professional development and career identity status quo as the research foundation,the use of "situational analysis" and "generic analysis of zhengzhou city middle and primary school sports teachers' professional development stage,dimension of professional identity and professional identity,analyzing the influence factors of wake of zhengzhou are put forward advice and countermeasures of primary and middle school PE teachers' professional identity,This paper provides more theoretical and practical references for enhancing the professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou and promoting their education and management.The research conclusions are as follows:The first,The professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou includes five dimensions: professional emotion,professional ability,professional environment,professional reward and professional value.Professional emotion is the basis of professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou.The level of professional ability determines the career development space of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou.Professional environment is the external guarantee for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou to realize their professional identity.Career reward has gradually become a booster for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou to realize their professional identity.The cognition of professional value of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou directly reflects the degree of individual recognition of PE teachers' career.The second,the formation and development of the professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou are affected by many factors.(1)the policies and systems for the professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou are not perfect,and the evaluation and incentive systems for teachers in primary and secondary schools are not perfect at the government and school level.The formalization of teaching and research activities and outgoing training of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools;The salary and welfare of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools are low.(2)Zhengzhou primary and secondary school proofreading physical education teachers career development degree is not high,primary and secondary school physical education teaching environment is not ideal;The professional role status of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is low;School leaders are not aware of the importance of school sports.(3)PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou do not have high career orientation and expectation,and lack of motivation to improve their self-ability.The professional cognition level of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is low;Lack of career planning for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.The third,The promotion strategies of PE teachers' professional identity in Zhengzhou primary and secondary schools can mainly include the following three points.(1)the vocational promotion system of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou should be improved from the macro level.The government should improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou,build the professional development platform of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou,and perfect the welfare and rights protection system of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou.(2)from the school level,we should strengthen the guidance and supervision of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou.Schools should pay attention to the growth of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,attach importance to the development of PE subjects in primary and secondary schools,and strengthen the humanistic care for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.(3)from the personal level to stimulate the Zhengzhou primary and secondary school physical education teachers self-growth motivation,primary and secondary school physical education teachers to improve professional ability and quality,to strengthen the ability of self-psychological adjustment,to reasonable planning of career.
