Employee exit interview is not only one of the important functions of humanresources management, but also an important approach to improve the human resourcesdevelopment mechanism. Exit interview of right time and appropriate way can greatlyimprove the rate of employee retention, of which is great significance for the operation anddevelopment of enterprise. Based on the process of case work, and the social work practiceof K Co. in Suzhou, this paper constructs a social work intervention strategy for employeeexit interview. This article also discusses challenges faced by social work profession whensocial workers practiced in the world of work and puts forward some countermeasures. Inbrief, this paper argues that the industrial social work intervention for employee exitinterview can reduce the high turnover rate of employees and will bring a new possibilityfor the development of industrial social work in China.
