Investigation And Research On The Guidance Behavior Of Enterprise Mentors In The Professional Practice Of Information Technology In Guangxi Secondary Vocational Schools

It is a trending that internship become a necessary and important practice for vocational student,as an irreplaceable role in vocational education,enterprise tutor with great practice skill has get attention by many vocational colleges.However,in China,most of the research focus on internship students,full-time teacher and the cooperation relationship between college and enterprise.There are not much research focus on enterprise tutor's problem.In compare with foreign research,which it mostly focus on tutor especially the tutor's guidance of internal employee.The key questions including as follows: how is the current situation of enterprise tutor's guidance during student's intern period? Any possible problems currently appear during such internship? Whether the enterprise tutor's guidance can satisfy vocational college's internship requirement and student's demand for internship.If it is possible to find some solutions to optimize those problems.All these questions are the key problems that need to be solved by vocational college,cooperation companies,IT internship students and enterprise tutors together.This research use questioner,interview,and observation to analyze those questions.It firstly review some literature that relative to enterprise tutor's guidance behaviour,ravel out the connotation of tutor's behaviour.Try to learn more about the current research that relate to IT companies tutor's guidance practice,clearly define the research area,built up a proposal that use to analyze such behaviour base on current enterprise tutor's guidance to internship student.Secondly,design questionnaire,interview agenda,observation sheet,through a random selection of 12 IT corporation tutors from Guangxi together with 6 full-time teachers to do interview,62 internship students to complete the questionnaire and 10 enterprise tutors for observation.This research find out problem as below: insufficient preparation before guidance,fragmented content of guidance,unscientific way of guidance,poor interaction,lack of timely reflection of guidance.According to the research result above,in order to optimize the guidance behavior of enterprise mentors,improve the guidance level of enterprise tutor,improve the quality of IT professional practice,and promote the growth of IT professional interns in vocational colleges.The suggestions are listed below: Optimize the work docking before the preparation of guidance,pay attention to the systematic and comprehensive content of guidance,improve the ability of guidance,strengthen the emotional bond between mentors and apprentices in the interaction of guidance,and timely reflect on the guidance process.
