Coordination is one of the important components of physical quality, and also an important part of developing comprehensive ability of human quality.General coordination mainly exists in children of low age, which is the basis of coordination and plays a very important role in the development of children’s physical quality.By referring to previous research results and data,it is found that the best age for children’s development coordination is 6-12 years old.The development is relatively slow before the age of 6,but stable after the age of 12.Therefore,the development of coordination is a very important critical period in this stage. This study intends to select sports that children are interested in in class to improve children’s general coordination and achieve effective results.Aerobics and Latin dance is a new sport, which is popular among children. Therefore, this study intends to choose the aerobics and sports dance in the performance of the group sports to fully improve the general coordination of children. This experimental study is mainly aimed at 8-10 years old children, through the training of aerobics and sports dance to improve the development of children’s general coordination. Then through the aerobics and sports dance training of low risk coefficient, high interest, rich sports equipment coordination training results and track and field training results are compared,to compare the aerobics and sports dance training, which is more effective to improve coordination development. This research adopts literature method, experimental method, comparative method and three kinds of mathematical statistics research methods,in shapingba district, chongqing university yue garden second-smallest school student in grade 3 or 4 to select 60 students as the research object of this experiment, the experimental classes and that in comparative classes, respectively, for 12 weeks twice a week(24 hours)teaching experiment.Experimental group A(aerobics),experimental group B(sports dance),control group(track and field)each group of 20 students for teaching experiment test. The two groups of experimental groups were given corresponding teaching training respectively, while the control group was given routine PE classroom teaching. The test indicators selected seven items corresponding to the coordination test, such as: Balance beam, standing long jump,50 meters run,30 s cross back to jump back and forth, aimed at throwing far, hands and feet with pad, rope skipping,30 seconds to experiment test, respectively before the experiment tested the coordination index of the experimental group and the control group,by teaching all subjects tested again after training, the test results with SPSS data comparison before and after the experiment analysis.Experimental results show that:Before the experiment, the data of experimental group A and experimental group B were compared with the control group after the coordination test. The P value was greater than 0.05,and no significant difference was found, indicating that the research objects started at the same level before the experiment. After the experiment, the test results of the experimental group and the control group found that the control group(track and field)after 12 weeks of training, the test data showed that most of the items had no significant difference, and had little impact on the general coordination development of 8-10 years old children.Experimental group A compared with the control group, compared with experimental group B compared with the control group, the significant difference is more obvious. The results of experimental group A and experimental group B were compared and analyzed, and there were still significant differences in some test data. The results show that aerobics is more beneficial to the development and improvement of general coordination of children aged 8-10 years.
