Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous improvement of the overall urbanization level of the country,the main social contradictions such as the deterioration of the ecological environment and the shortage of urban resources brought about by the rapid development of urbanization have become increasingly prominent.As an important manifestation of such contradictions in the production and life of residents,air pollution has long been concerned by all parties.The massive consumption of energy and the emission of polluting exhaust gas in the process of urbanization will have a serious impact on air pollution.The complex air pollution problem characterized by the coexistence of pollutants and the wide range of pollution sources is becoming more and more serious,which has brought a great impact on people’s production and life.As a product of the development process of urbanization,air pollution is often closely related to urbanization,and a reasonable urbanization development model can take into account the construction of the ecological environment.While ensuring the rapid development of urbanization,it can alleviate air pollution and improve The purpose of air quality is to realize the harmonious development of man and nature.Therefore,exploring the dynamic mechanism of the impact of urbanization development on air pollution is of great significance for choosing an appropriate urbanization development model and controlling air pollution.This paper firstly uses the entropy method to construct the evaluation index system of China’s urbanization development and air pollution,and calculates the comprehensive score of the two to evaluate the level of urbanization development and air pollution.The temporal development trend and spatial distribution characteristics of air pollution;secondly,this paper defines urbanization development as a dynamic system behavior composed of four dimensions:population,economy,society,and space,and theoretically analyzes the impact of the development of each dimension of the urbanization system on the behavior of the dynamic system.The microscopic impact channels and impact mechanisms of air pollution are summarized and analyzed in terms of direct impact and indirect impact.Then,based on the theoretical analysis above,a dynamic model of China’s urbanization-air pollution system is constructed,and by drawing causal diagrams and systems The flow diagram reflects the model structure;finally,the model is simulated and analyzed with relevant data,and the reliability and sensitivity of the model are tested.The effect of the system on air pollution,and the dynamic mechanism between the systems is explored and analyzed.Based on the research on the impact of China’s urbanization development on air pollution,this paper draws the following conclusions,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations based on the research conclusions.(1)At present,China’s urbanization as a whole is in a stage of rapid development,and the driving effect brought by economic growth is the most Significantly,social development is second,and population transfer has the weakest effect.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the national air pollution situation tends to improve,and air pollutants such as2,2.5.(2)Urbanization development will affect air pollution through the four dimensions of population,economy,society and space,and the air pollution effects produced by different dimensions also have certain differences.Population urbanization mainly shows an“inverted U-shaped”development trend that increases first and then eases,and has the strongest impact on;the overall impact of economic urbanization on air pollution is stronger than the population dimension.It began to play a stable inhibitory role in 2016;the development of social urbanization can play a stable role in alleviating air pollution,and the effect is far more effective than other dimensions;the impact trend of spatial urbanization is similar to that of economic urbanization,and it has steadily improved since 2017.And put forward targeted policy recommendations based on the research conclusions:First,in the current process of rapid urbanization development in China,although the air pollution situation has improved,government departments still need to continue to pay attention to air environment issues and continue to strengthen the management and control of environmental protection.Intensity and capital investment,provide direct support for the"green development"of the air environment,and at the same time focus on exploring energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies to improve the efficiency of environmental protection funds utilization;secondly,in view of the important sources of air pollutants,government departments need to increase the supervision of motor vehicles.Control efforts to suppress motor vehicle exhaust pollution from the source;thirdly,in the process of urban construction,to ensure a"green construction"environment,adopt a variety of physical methods and chemical measures to reduce the content of suspended particulate matter in the air;finally,pay attention to ozone pollution.Pollution effect and generation mechanism,focus on monitoring the content of ozone pollutants in the air,and carry out corresponding special treatment plans for key enterprises and key areas.
