| Domestic research on the machine picking cotton processing process is mainly the design,transformation and local process optimization of machine picking cotton processing equipment,rarely from the system perspective of process optimization.How to evaluate and study the efficiency of machine picking cotton processing process configuration from a system perspective,analyze the process efficiency under different configurations,find the key factors affecting the process efficiency,and have important reference significance for the optimization decision of machine picking cotton processing process.In this thesis,considering that the evaluation of machine picking cotton processing process configuration efficiency has the characteristics of multiple inputs and outputs,the SE-SBM(Super Efficiency Slacks-based Measure)model is used to evaluate and analyze the machine picking cotton processing process configuration efficiency.Specific work includes.(1)Investigated and analyzed the current status of the machine-picked cotton processing process and the key factors affecting the process efficiency.Through literature reading and field research in cotton processing enterprises,a machine picked cotton processing process questionnaire was developed,data and information were collected,and the types of existing machine picked cotton processing processes were analyzed.From the perspective of production input,output level and process configuration,the key factors affecting the efficiency of the machine picked cotton processing process were analyzed.(2)A machine picked cotton processing process configuration efficiency assessment model was constructed.Based on the current situation of the machine picking cotton processing process and the factors influencing the process efficiency,the machine picking cotton processing process efficiency evaluation index system and the machine picking cotton processing process quality evaluation system and were determined.Using the method of data envelopment analysis,the machine picking cotton processing process system was regarded as a system with input and output,and the machine picking cotton production input and process configuration were used as input indicators,and the output level of machine picking cotton processing quality and lint yield were used as output indicators,and the SE-SBM(Super Efficiency Slacks-based Measure)based process configuration efficiency evaluation model was established.The process configuration efficiency evaluation model based on SE-SBM(Super Efficiency Slacks-based Measure)was established.(3)Evaluation and optimization of machine picking cotton processing process configuration efficiency.Through research and collection of index data of nine typical production lines of a cotton processing enterprise in Xinjiang,DEA-Slover5.0 software was used to calculate the quality evaluation value and process configuration efficiency value of machine picked cotton processing,and the results were analyzed for validity,index sensitivity analysis and improvement amount analysis.The analysis results show that most machine picked cotton processing lines with redundant configurations of seed cleaning,lint cleaning and drying processes can reduce energy consumption by 20% to 50% and the number of laborers can be reduced by 5% to 16%.Meanwhile,most of the production lines have the problem of overcapacity or underprocessing tasks.Finally,according to the above analysis results to determine the direction and amount of improvement,and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.The index system and evaluation method constructed in this thesis can be used to assess the process configuration efficiency of different machine-picked cotton processing production lines,which can provide decision reference for implementing the design and optimization of machine-picked cotton processing process improvement. |
