Research On Performance Evaluation Of SF Iron And Steel Enterprises Based On Circular Economy

With the rapid development of China’s economy,iron and steel industry,as an important pillar of China’s national economic development,has relied heavily on resources and energy.From the early days of the PRC to the present,iron and steel industry has developed from weak to strong,and crude steel production has accounted for about 50% of the world today.However,compared with western developed countries,there are still many problems in Chinese iron and steel industry,such as relatively backward production capacity,high consumption,high pollution and high energy consumption,and so on.Such an extensive economic growth has seriously restricted the stability and development of Chinese iron and steel industry and national economy.In recent years,the circular economy theory which has been widely used has the characteristics of low emissions,low consumption and high efficiency,which can solve many problems existing in Chinese iron and steel industry.The development principle of circular economy is reduction,reuse and recycling,which can greatly reduce high pollution,high energy consumption and high consumption.The development goal of circular economy is to achieve economic growth and coordinated development with ecological protection of a new economic model.In the future,to solve the conflicts and contradictions between China’s economic development and resources,population and environment,it is obvious that circular economy is inevitable for China’s future economic development.This paper analyzes the circular economy-based performance evaluation of SF iron and steel enterprise in detail by literature research,empirical analysis and fuzzy evaluation.Firstly,this paper starts from the elaboration of the research background of the paper,clarify the research purpose and significance of the paper,and then get more research results in this aspect through the domestic and foreign researches,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for this paper combined with relevant theories.Secondly,it mainly analyzes the current situation of enterprise performance evaluation under circular economy,including the current situation and urgency of enterprise performance evaluation under circular economy,and the existing problems and main reasons of enterprise performance evaluation under circular economy.The core of this paper is the construction of enterprise performance evaluation index system for circular economy of SF iron and steel enterprise.First,it outlines the selection principle of evaluation index of SF iron and steel enterprise based on circular economy,and sets the performance evaluation system index of SF iron and steel enterprise in detail.The index is set mainly from the economic benefit index,production characteristics index,resource utilization index,energy consumption index,pollutant index and comprehensive utilization index,and the judgment matrix and calculation process are constructed through the analytic hierarchy process.Second,to verify the construction of performance evaluation index system based on circular economy of SF iron and steel enterprise,set the performance evaluation index of SF iron and steel enterprise,determine the weight of performance evaluation index of circular economy by using analytic hierarchy process,and determine the evaluation results of performance evaluation index of circular economy by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results and the actual situation of SF iron and steel enterprise,the countermeasures and suggestions for SF iron and steel enterprise to develop circular economy are put forward.
