Study On The Safety Production Supervision At County Level

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,the number of production and operation units has increased sharply,and some production and operation units put economic benefits in the first place,and the phenomenon that safety production is not in place in terms of implementing the responsibility of safety production supervision is more serious,so that many safety production problems have emerged.In view of this situation,as the county level bears the responsibility of promoting economic development,industry revitalisation and production safety,it plays a vital role in the employment situation and industrial growth of the region,and the county government is the lowest level of the implementation of the production safety policy and is the centre of the whole county’s production safety supervision work,bearing the responsibility of production safety supervision and playing an indispensable role.Therefore,it is imperative for county governments to implement work safety in compliance with laws,regulations and policies,to maintain a good relationship between work safety and economic development,and to do a good job in supervising work safety.This paper takes County F as the research object and uses two scientific research methods:literature research method and survey research method.These problems affect production safety in County F.These problems are affecting the better implementation of production safety supervision in County F.This paper argues that the first thing to do to improve the level of production safety supervision in County F is to improve all-round awareness of production safety supervision and responsibility,establish the idea of safety supervision first,and strengthen the safety supervision concept of source control.Secondly,improve production safety supervision regulations and mechanisms,improve the safety supervision responsibility system,standardize accident investigation and handling procedures,and "look back twice" at the implementation of policies.Thirdly,innovate the multi-party supervision mode of production safety supervision,strengthen the function of the production safety committee,give full play to the enthusiasm of volunteer participation,strengthen the supervision of third-party organisations,and integrate the supervision resources of NGOs.Fourth,strengthen the construction of production safety supervision teams.Improve the professional quality of personnel in the supervision and enforcement departments,continuously promote the moral construction of the production safety supervision team,steadily improve the business level of the production safety supervision team,and promote the construction of the production safety supervision team with strong supervision.At the same time,improve the quality improvement mechanism of supervisory personnel to provide multi-faceted protection for safety enforcement.Finally,explore and expand the ways of efficient safety supervision.Build an intelligent information sharing platform,increase technical support for production safety,and optimise the way the government works on supervision.County F,with its dense industrial distribution,difficult supervision and high frequency of safety accidents,is a classic case of production safety supervision and analysis.This paper takes County F as a research sample,investigates and researches the problems of production safety supervision in the area,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which can not only provide strong theoretical support for the supervision of production safety in County F,but also provide a strong guarantee for the strategic development of County F and play a good reference role for the construction of relevant legal regulations.
