| The development of industrialization has brought huge load to global resources,so,green manufacturing has become the common choice of global manufacturing industry,and inventory data acquisition is an important basic task of green manufacturing.As the main equipment in the manufacturing industry machine tools have a large amount of environmental emissions in the service process.Aiming at the problems of data missing,imperfect data acquisition methods and tools in the environmental emission inventory data of machine tool service process,this paper studies the collection and storage method of inventory data,in order to provide the inventory data of machine tool service process,support the environmental impact assessment research and process improvement of machine tool processing.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The unit process of the service process of the machine tool is defined,and the overall framework of environmental emission inventory data collection during machine tool service process is proposed.IPO model of the service unit process is established for three typical machine tools in the field of mechanical manufacturing.The system input and output inventory of the unit process is defined,and various inventory data indicators are determined.Based on cloud technology,wireless sensor technology,IoT technology,the overall framework of environmental emission inventory data collection during machine tool service combining edge storage with cloud storage is structured to guide the inventory data collection.(2)Developed a tool system and database for collecting environmental emission inventory data during the service process of machine tools.Based on the overall architecture of the machine tool service process environmental emission inventory data collection and storage,the data acquisition hardware module is built.Based on Qt and C++,the data acquisition control software module of the machine tool service process environmental emission inventory data collection is developed.Based on the entity-relationship analysis of the machine tool service process environmental emission inventory data,the inventory data storage database is established.Using http protocol,MQTT protocol,etc.,the system hardware and software are connected to provide support for data transmission and storage.(3)A method for calculating the unit process environmental emission inventory data of machine tool service has been proposed,and a data annotation and transparent traceability model has been established.The flow process of environmental emission inventory data during machine tool service is analyzed,and carried out data cleaning to address the issue of abnormal data collection.Aiming at the problem that massive original data cannot be directly applied,the environmental emission model under different service scenarios is studied and divided into three basic emission types,and the corresponding transformation method of environmental emission inventory data in the service process of machine tools is proposed.Further,based on ontology semantics,the inventory data annotation method is studied,and the environmental emission inventory data traceability model of machine tool service process is constructed based on PROV,which provides support for product evaluation and designers to trace data.(4)The feasibility and application value of the method proposed in this article have been verified through the collection and application of environmental emission inventory data for the service unit of electric discharge CNC wire cutting machine tools.The environmental emission data acquisition index was determined by IPO analysis on the process of linear cutting unit of aluminum alloy tensile sample.The spatial distribution characteristics of emissions were studied,and the volume constant of inventory data was determined.The unit process inventory data collection,process and store is completed through the machine tool service process environmental emission inventory data collection tool system developed in this paper.Based on the obtained inventory data,the LCA evaluation of the service unit process of the machine tool is carried out in GaBi software,and the environmental impact of the unit process and improvement measures is analyzed. |
