| OMT company is a start-up micro and small businesses of bioinformatics services.When selecting the appropriate enterprise information system,the company faces contradictions: free is not easy to use,and the cost of big brands is unbearable.After investigation,the company finally decided to develop independently based on the low-code platform of Dingtalk and successfully implemented it.OMT’s process of developing enterprise information system with low-code can also provide reference for other micro and small businesses in the industry.Based on the literature research at home and abroad and the research on the domestic bioinformatic service industry,starting from the actual needs of OMT company,this paper designs and constructs an enterprise information system which is easy to maintain and manage and can be flexibly adjusted.The founder of the company has worked in the bioinformatic industry for more than 10 years,and has in-depth understanding and Research on the industrial chain of the bioinformatic technology service industry and the company’s business operation mode.According to the actual application of the bioinformatic service companies in the industry in the enterprise information system,by comparing and purchasing mature enterprise information system products The life cycle method is used to develop the enterprise information system and the agile development method is used to develop the enterprise information system.Finally,the enterprise information system based on the low code platform of Dingtalk company is designed and constructed for the company.Using the macro analysis,demand analysis,product design and demand landing process of agile development method,especially the demand identification and demand expression tools,such as demand list,system function structure diagram,process swimlane diagram and other demand description tools,this paper makes a detailed analysis and description of the company’s demand for information system.Based on the demand analysis,the information system did not blindly pursue "large and comprehensive" at the beginning of design,but based on solving the business information recording and feedback problems faced by the company.The relatively professional financial information module and the comprehensive personnel and administration module on the Dingtalk platform are not being developed separately,and the focus of the system is on customer and contract management Outsourcing management and bioinformatic production scheduling management and other core business modules to build a "simple version of CRM and ERP system".The advantages of the system lie in the comprehensive collection of core business process data,low development and maintenance cost of low code platform,strong system redevelopability,synchronous support between desktop and mobile terminals,etc. |
