Research On The Development Strategy Of LC Thermal Power Plant Under The "Double Carbon" Target | Posted on:2024-06-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:D Y Wang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2531307151954419 | Subject:Business Administration | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In September 2020 China committed to society as a whole to achieve the global "double carbon" target as soon as possible,i.e.to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.The formal introduction of the "double carbon" target reflects the strong will of the current Chinese government to actively respond to global climate change and take a new path of green and low-carbon economic development.At present more than 90% of carbon emissions come from the energy sector in our country.Because the important concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" is to be implemented,so electric power enterprises should seize the historical opportunity of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.At the same time power enterprises should also accelerate the adjustment of energy structure and industrial structure to build an industrial system of green and lowcarbon circular development.In this way,they can set an example for the country to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.It’s very important for the thermal power industry to be able to meet the carbon peak and carbon neutral targets in today’s low-carbon environment.The study of thermal power companies’ development strategies not only allows thermal power companies to better understand the environmental responsibilities they carry,but also reflects the shortcomings in their management and formulate the next development direction.In this thesis,I selected LC thermal power plant as the main research object to deeply study the development strategy of LC thermal power plant under the current competitive situation.I chose PEST and Porter’s five forces model and other environmental analysis tools to compare and analyze the internal resources and external environment of LC thermal power plant,and analyzed the potential opportunities and risks that may be faced.At the same time,by constructing IFE&EFE matrices the SWOT strategy model was selected for strategic selection.Through analysis it was proved that the SO strategic module is suitable for the development of LC thermal power plant.LC thermal power plant should strengthen market development,implement technical transformation and save financial costs.At the same time,it should also be implemented by means of optimizing internal organization and strengthening enterprise talents.The above research has a certain impact on the development of similar thermal power enterprises. | Keywords/Search Tags: | double carbon, strategic analysis, strategy formulation, PEST, Porter’s five forces model | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
