Research On Construction Of Innovation Ecosystem Of Iron And Steel Enterprises In South Shanxi Based On Digital Platform

With the rapid development of digital economy,the focus of enterprise development is gradually expanding from the field of consumption to the field of production and manufacturing,it permeates into the whole process from design and development to production and manufacture,trade circulation,settlement and financing,as well as every link of daily operation and management of an enterprise.Under the background of digital economy,a series of traditional manufacturing enterprises,such as steel and chemical industry,have exposed many lag problems in the development of digital intelligence,for example,a large amount of industrial data can not produce its real data value and exert its potential economic benefits because of the lack of the support of data exchange platform,and many intelligent management and control systems have been put into use,its internal data can not be interconnected,highly efficient collaboration,value-sharing,digital platform in the use of digital processing technology to achieve data integration and interaction in the process of the lack of a good innovation ecosystem to provide security for them,results in the reduction of data value conversion efficiency.In this paper,one of the private iron and steel enterprises in Shanxi province has been successfully applied in the construction of innovation ecosystem by using digital platform,and a typical and representative leading enterprise Shanxi Jinnan Iron and Steel Group as an empirical case.Based on the investigation of the steel enterprises in the south of Shanxi province and the interviews with people at all levels,this paper collects the data of the enterprises around various types of digital platforms under the background of the digital economy in recent years,there are a lot of data and information related to the practical application in the construction of the company’s innovation ecosystem.Through the narrative description and introduction of the development and application of digitization,it is found that although the enterprise has achieved some success in the application of digitization,however,there are still many deficiencies in the promotion and popularization of digital innovation ecosystem.Then,combined with the actual application results of the enterprise,while affirming the importance of innovation ecosystem based on digital platform in integrating diversified heterogeneous resources,improving value transformation,maintaining long-lasting stability and improving management efficiency from the perspectives of economic benefit,social value,enterprise culture shaping,management level and capability promotion,the paper also points out that the innovation ecosystem based on digital platform is of great significance in integrating diversified heterogeneous resources,improving value transformation,maintaining lasting stability and enhancing management efficiency,the necessity of constructing innovation ecosystem based on digital platform is put forward in this paper.Then,based on the platform theory and innovation ecosystem theory,combined with the practical application of Shanxi Iron and steel enterprises,to construct the theoretical model of the digital innovation ecosystem of the iron and steel enterprises in the south of Shanxi province from different angles: firstly,the four innovation elements of the linkage relationship between enterprises,innovation of Technology,innovation of system and innovation of management,are integrated into a main system model of the innovation ecosystem with the core of the digital information platform,then,with the four elements of innovation ecology as the core,the paper constructs four sub-system models of innovation ecology around the digital platform related to the four elements,and clarifies the purpose and significance of this study at the end of the article,the guiding significance of the establishment of the theoretical model for guiding the development of other enterprises,industries or industries in the future digital transformation is emphasized,at the same time,it points out the shortcomings and limitations of this study in the practical application of enterprises,and the management enlightenment for the future enterprises to build innovation ecosystem based on digital platform.Based on the analysis and research of innovation ecosystem in symbiosis and synergetic development path under the background of digital economy,based on the analysis and introduction of a successful enterprise in the field of constructing digital innovation ecosystem,this paper constructs a set of digital innovation ecosystem which conforms to the development law of the iron and steel enterprises in southern Shanxi,and further expands and supplements the exploration and research of the enterprise on the theory system of digital innovation ecosystem,form a more systematic and scientific integrity of the innovation ecological theory system.It not only enriches and complements the relevant development theory of enterprise innovation ecosystem under the background of digital economy,but also provides the theoretical guidance significance for realizing the quality improvement and efficiency improvement and innovation breakthrough of all kinds of enterprises,at the same time,it also realizes the practical application scenario to guide the Digital,information and intelligent transformation development of other industrial enterprises,and gives full play to the leading enterprise’s role as a benchmark,a demonstration and a leading role in the industry,it is of great significance to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,improve the overall efficiency of resource allocation,reconstruct the development pattern of traditional industries and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of iron and steel industry.
