| In recent years,affected by the novel coronavirus,people will not only take good protection,but also improve their immunity through exercise and use of health care products.Clothing products with moisture-absorbing,quick-drying and far-infrared health care functions are also popular among consumers.In addition,many difficult to degrade textile wastes in daily life are easy to cause environmental pollution due to improper treatment.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the degradable clothing fabric which can absorb moisture and dry quickly and have the function of far infrared.Based on this,in this paper,biodegradable silk,cotton fiber and CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber are used as raw materials,and two series of samples A and B are woven by adjusting the functional fiber content ratio in the weft yarn and the whole fabric structure.Among them,A series samples mainly explore the influence of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber content changes in the weft yarn on the overall performance of the sample.Specifically,using silk as warp yarns,CELYS/cotton blended yarn(85/15)and cotton yarn as weft yarns,the shuttle ratio is 0:1,1:4,1:3,1:2,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,1:0,respectively.At the same time,nine samples were woven with five-heddle weft satin.B series samples mainly explore the influence of different fabric structures on the overall properties of samples.Specifically,using real silk as warp,CELYS/cotton blended yarn(85/15)and cotton yarn as weft,with a shuttle-point ratio of 1:0,five samples were woven,and the fabric structures were 2/1 twill,four-heddle broken twill,five-heddle weft satin,eight-heddle weft satin and honeycomb weave.Subsequently,in addition to the basic performance test of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber and its yarn,the A and B series samples were also tested for the performance of hygroscopic and rapid drying,far infrared,wrinkle recovery,anti-pilling,breathable,moisture permeability and tensile fracture.In addition,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the performance of all samples,so as to obtain the best comprehensive performance of the sample.Finally,based on the characteristics of biodegradable fibers,combined with the trend of the market,and integrated natural elements into the pattern design,six groups of environmental protection clothing products with the combined functions of hygroscopic,fast drying and far infrared are designed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the natural soil landfill degradation experiment,the surface degradation trend of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber is more obvious than that of common polyester fiber.Meanwhile,according to the moisture recovery test,the moisture recovery rate of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber is about 4 times that of ordinary polyester fiber.Moreover,CELYS/cotton blended yarn of the same size(85/15)has better strength and elongation than polyester staple yarn.(2)It can be seen from the functional test that with the increase of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber content in the filling yarn,the moisture absorption and far-infrared function of the fabric are enhanced,and when the content of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber in the filling yarn increases to 56.67%,the two functional indexes can meet the national standard.At the same time,in different fabric structure,CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber interwoven fabric also has different moisture absorption and far infrared function,and eight-heddle weft satin samples have the best moisture absorption and fast drying function,honeycomb weave samples have the best far infrared function.(3)The wearability test results show that with the increase of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber content in the weft,the weft crease recovery and tensile fracture properties of the samples are gradually enhanced,but the anti-pilling and breathable properties of the samples are gradually weakened,while the moisture permeability properties has no significant change.In addition,the fabric structure also affects the wear performance of CELYS biodegradable polyester fiber interweave,among which eight-heddle weft satin samples has the best air permeability and moisture permeability,2/1 twill and four-heddle broken twill samples have the best anti-pilling and pilling performance,2/1 twill samples has the best tensile fracture performance.(4)Through the comprehensive analysis of the properties of all the samples,it is concluded that the CELYS/cotton blended yarn(85/15)and cotton yarn are 4:1,and the samples with eight satin texture structure have the best comprehensive properties. |
