| Based on the development concept of "green water and green mountains are Based on the development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",China has launched a series of environmental protection policies to fully support the development of the sewage treatment industry.However,at present,most existing wastewater treatment enterprises have problems such as operational inefficiency.China’s sewage treatment is also facing many problems such as "heavy plant light network".In order to solve the current management problems,actively respond to and implement the national sustainable development,promote the utilization of sewage resources and other policy guidelines,so as to achieve the purpose of recycling industrial wastewater,Gulf Chemical actively organized research on the recycling of industrial wastewater generated by the company’s internal production.On this basis,through the treatment of bisphenol A sewage,the reuse of water is realized,and the discharge of sewage and the impact on the ecological environment are reduced.According to the specific situation of the Gulf Chemical BPA sewage treatment project,this paper divides the whole life cycle stage into project preparation stage,project construction stage,project operation and handover stage,and divides its comprehensive benefits into six dimensions of financial,environmental,social,safety,technology and management.A total of 37 indicators such as water saving awareness improvement The comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the whole life cycle of the Gulf Chemical bisphenol A sewage treatment project.Then,according to the divided whole life cycle stage,the index weight of each life cycle stage is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy method,and the consistency test is carried out,so as to evaluate the rationality of the proposed model.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive benefits of each life cycle stage were ranked and the results were analyzed.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted,and the corresponding evaluation set is established based on the criterion of maximum membership,and the corresponding evaluation results are given.From the comprehensive benefit evaluation results,it can be seen that the whole life cycle of bisphenol A sewage treatment project has good comprehensive benefits,and the feasibility of the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of the whole life cycle of industrial sewage treatment project constructed in this paper can also be confirmed.On this basis,project-level and government-level recommendations are made.This study improves the evaluation system of the project and combines the comprehensive benefit evaluation with the whole life cycle of the project.The establishment of the full life cycle comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of Gulf Chemical bisphenol A sewage treatment project has certain applicability and reference value for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of related industrial sewage. |
