Research On Public Trust In Supervision And Sampling Of Dairy Products Under The Environment Of Internet Public Opinion

Objective:The overall trend of food safety in China is stable and improving,and the passing rate of supervision and sampling inspection is also continuously rising.However,the subjective emotional attitude of the public towards food safety has not increased simultaneously with the passing rate of food sampling inspection.This study aims to explore the degree of public trust in food safety supervision and sampling inspection in the environment of online public opinion,explore the trust status and key factors affecting trust,and put forward feasible suggestions on improving public trust in dairy supervision and sampling inspection in the environment of online public opinion combined with the research conclusions.Methods:By extracting online public opinion data related to food safety sampling from comments such as Weibo.Then,based on text classification,opinion tendency recognition,natural language processing technology,etc.,the internal value of text is mined,Construct the evaluation model of "Trust to supervise the passing rate of random inspection".Based on the hotspots,people’s attitudes and reactions to sampling data and related matters are mastered.The trust status and influencing factors of sampling inspection of dairy products were analyzed.Results:(1)In terms of annual trends,the public’s emotional trust in dairy products is generally low,attitude trust is on the rise,and value trust is generally not high and tends to be stable.(2)In terms of emotion,the public’s trust expression was mainly "happiness,fear and vigilance".It is mainly expressed as reassuring to the "qualified" food in the sampling results,grateful for not having touched the "unqualified" food,and worrying about the "unqualified" situation in the sampling results.Some netizens have extended their concerns to the safety environment of the whole food industry,as well as the warning phenomenon of unqualified products.The public’s expression of distrust is mainly "doubt",which is mainly manifested in the distrust of the sampling process.(3)In terms of attitude,the public’s trust attitude was mainly expressed as "praise",which pointed to two aspects: first,it affirmed the effectiveness of sampling inspection;Second,the food sampling results all qualified to express confidence.The expression of the public’s distrust attitude is mainly "derogatory",the specific content points to three aspects: first,for the spot inspection announcement related issues;Secondly,the method and standard of sampling inspection are blamed for vagueness;Third,it blames insufficient regulation.(4)In terms of values,the public’s trust values mainly point to two factors: "abiding by the law and following the crowd" and "public interest".The value of public distrust mainly points to two factors: "self-discipline of character" and "public interest".(5)From the perspective of factors affecting trust,first,the public has low trust in supervision sampling institutions,the "dynamic trust" and "ability trust" are both low,and the negative emotional attitude caused by "dynamic trust" is relatively higher;Second,different speech propensities affect the degree of public trust in sampling results;Third,the opinion leaders of network public opinion and the characteristics of group polarization deepen the degree of distrust.Conclusion:Based on the evaluation model of "trust in inspection compliance rate" for food safety,this paper explains that the degree of public trust in dairy product sampling results can be understood from the three dimensions of emotion,attitude and value,and analyzes the reasons for the different degrees of public confidence in dairy food safety,and attribute the reasons to supervision and sampling agencies,different speech tendencies,group polarization,and opinion leaders.Finally,this paper analyzes the subjects of the government,relevant departments of sampling inspection and media,etc.Put forward the optimization of food safety risk early warning communication strategy and food safety supervision suggestions.
