Research On Renewal Design Of Minnan Historic District Based On Symbiosis Theory

With the rapid development of modernization and urbanization,as an important part of the city,historical district has become the focus of more and more urban construction and development.Because most of them are located in the core area of the old city,the geographical location is superior,and the block contains rich historical and cultural heritage,so its development and protection value is very high.At the same time,the living environment inside the block is dilapidated,the business environment is gradually depressed,and the modern life service facilities are missing.The historical block has been unable to meet the needs of modern residents,and it needs to be improved.Southern Fujian has a long history and culture,and a large number of historical blocks,which has a strong regional characteristics.First of all,according to the historical and cultural background and current development characteristics of Southern Fujian,this paper analyzes and sorts out the historical blocks in Southern Fujian,and finds out that there are rich symbiotic genes in the historical blocks in Southern Fujian.Taking Zhongshan Road historical commercial district in Xiamen,Zhangzhou ancient city historical district and wudian traditional district in Jinjiang as cases,this paper explores the key value factors in the renewal design of Minnan Historical District,clarifies the connotation system of symbiotic design of Minnan Historical District,and constructs the renewal design system of Minnan historical district from the Perspective of symbiosis.Then,taking symbiosis theory as the guiding ideology,the symbiosis design strategy of Minnan historical district is explored from three perspectives of external environment,architectural environment and space-time environment.Finally,taking the renewal practice of tongwending historical block in Xiamen Wen’an district as an example,this paper discusses the renewal design strategy of tongwending historical block from the perspective of symbiosis,and provides feasibility demonstration for the symbiotic design strategy of Minnan historical block proposed above.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper focuses on the renewal and transformation of historical blocks in Southern Fujian,studies the symbiotic relationship between historical blocks in Southern Fujian and Contemporary Southern Fujian,provides a new direction for the future renewal and transformation of historical blocks in Southern Fujian,and provides some reference for the renewal of other historical blocks with local traditional characteristics.
