| The construction project of N City Grand Theater is located in the core area of cultural tourism scenic spot.The construction process of the project involves various factors such as traffic and environmental protection,and the construction process is highly complex.At the same time,the completion of the project can bring higher economic benefits to the local cultural tourism,so the project must be completed in time according to the schedule.The purpose of this paper is to manage the project schedule through scientific project management method,optimize and improve the construction schedule under the premise of controllable cost,and ensure that the project can be completed on time and with good quality.Based on the N city grand theatre construction project schedule management as the research object,combing the relevant theoretical knowledge of project schedule management method and management tools,and analyzes the actual situation of this project,including project basic situation,project objectives and effects of various factors to the project schedule,then N city grand theatre construction project construction for the WBS task decomposition,determine the minimum work unit to complete the project work,and according to the construction of the project task sequence and its logical relations to its sort,according to the estimation of each task completion time made the initial schedule of the project.Due to the delay of the start time of the project,the initial plan cannot meet the established schedule,so the project team needs to adjust the initial schedule of the project.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the requirements of project duration and labor cost,the improved schedule plan is formulated by compressing and improving the process with the lowest rush rate on the critical path.Finally,after the improvement of the implementation of project schedule,according to the analysis of the influencing factors of project implementation,organization,human security measures to support the execution of the project progress plan,through to perform the entire monitor and control the project schedule,project schedule management has achieved the desired effect,in order to ensure project successfully completed without accident.In this paper,relevant theories,methods and tools of schedule management were applied in the implementation of the construction project of N City Grand Theatre to identify key processes and optimize and improve them,so that the project could be successfully completed within the specified time and good results were obtained,which played an important role in the successful implementation of the project.This study has accumulated relevant experience for the grand Theater construction project,and has certain reference significance and value for other similar projects schedule management. |
