The X station project of Tianjin Metro Line 10 is a large-scale municipal subway project that has not yet started.It will change the social and economic structure of Tianjin,improve the traffic situation of Tianjin,and is of great significance to the convenient life of the people.The project is located in the urban area and at the junction of roads.Before formal construction,the project schedule management mode and project schedule shall be determined to ensure the smooth realization of the objectives of the construction project.Combined with the station situation of the X station construction project of Tianjin Metro Line 10,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors and main problems of the whole construction project schedule management,and formulates the schedule meeting the target construction period as the research focus.Use the progress research method to determine the progress plan of the project.In this process,it is necessary to decompose the task objectives and adopt the three-point estimation method to estimate the process time.The construction period shall be determined according to the contract law,and the initial schedule shall be reduced to meet the contract schedule.Draw gantt chart and arrange reasonable work start time to ensure the rationality of project schedule.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction schedule of the construction project,the progress management control methods and guarantee measures are formulated.Through the analysis of historical engineering cases and in combination with the proposed situation of the project,the progress plan is analyzed in advance to ensure that there are perfect countermeasures and schemes for the project progress in the process of future projects.The research results of this thesis carry out more complete prior control of the project,achieve the effect of controlling the project cost in advance,and avoid the high expenditure of emergency projects during and after the event.The research on the formulation process of project schedule can fully improve the planning level of similar project schedule management,improve the overall mastery ability of project personnel on the construction period,and increase the experience of construction project schedule management.
