A-CDM is first put forward by the European aviation safety organization,in recent years,the airport collaborative decision-making system applied in foreign countries has been relatively mature,its key idea is through information sharing mechanism,will be involved in every unit of flight operation into the airport as the core of collaborative decision-making system,based on flight time nodes effectively forecast,Achieve the purpose of improving ground operation efficiency and reducing operation cost.With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,A-CDM has become an urgently needed option in China’s civil aviation industry.However,due to the different development backgrounds of domestic and foreign civil aviation industry and the huge differences in the issues concerned,the actual impact of A-CDM on the operation efficiency of domestic airports remains to be explored.In view of the above background,the apron operation based on A-CDM was first studied,the relevant theory of airport collaborative decision-making and the status quo of apron operation were introduced,and the guarantee time window and equipment scheduling process of the ground support link were analyzed in detail.Secondly,combining the influence factors of transaction efficiency in accordance with the principle of corresponding index is set to build the corresponding evaluation index system,has collected the airport collaborative decision-making before and after the introduction of the original data and standardizing,by the analytic hierarchy process and entropy value calculated by the method of mode combination weights of the indexes in the system.Then three kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed and the artificial neural network evaluation method is selected to evaluate the airports which have introduced the airport collaborative decision-making mechanism.Then SIMMOD software is used to verify the simulation of Kunming Changshui Airport,and comparative analysis is made according to the simulation results.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in view of the present situation of airport collaborative decision making.Through the above research,it is found that the airport collaborative decision-making mechanism divides each milestone node of the flight ground operation in detail,and the airport can realize the refined guarantee and service of the flight through the accurate prediction of the milestone node time.By comparing the artificial neural network evaluation scores of each airport,it is found that the airport collaborative decision-making mechanism is generally applicable to the development of large airports in China.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation data,it is found that the average wait time and average scene taxi time are reduced by 21.43% and 14.31% respectively in 2018,25% and 16.63% respectively in 2019,and 20% and 11.31% respectively in 2020.This indicates that the airport collaborative decision-making mechanism is conducive to improving the efficiency of apron operation,and with the increase of the number of flights,such optimization effect becomes more and more significant.
