With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous construction of my country’s urbanization,high-rise buildings continue to emerge in various regions,and the number of elevator installations is increasing.At present,my country’s elevator production and holdings are ranked first in the world.In the global environment of pursuing energy saving,emission reduction and low carbon,the rapid growth of the number of elevators in my country and the huge energy consumption caused by it has caused the public and relevant supervision.Close attention of the department.However,since there is currently no elevator energy efficiency evaluation system in China,the in-depth analysis of energy consumption factors,the lack of clear energy efficiency labels and evaluation methods for high energy efficiency equipment,is not conducive to promoting the application and promotion of energy-saving technologies.Therefore,through the analysis of energy consumption influencing factors,and the detection of elevator energy consumption and the analysis of its influencing factors,it is one of the technical problems that need to be solved to establish an elevator energy efficiency evaluation system and promote elevator energy saving.This paper takes traction elevator as the research object,and focuses on the detection of traction elevator energy consumption and the analysis of its main influencing factors,and carries out the following research:(1)Analysis of the current status of elevator ownership and energy consumption.Adopt literature analysis method and field research method,look up relevant literature data,investigate elevator market,user units and government supervision departments,and make statistics on elevator ownership and energy consumption at home and abroad based on collected literature data and research data.(2)Study the energy consumption characteristics of elevators and determine the key factors affecting energy consumption.Combining the composition structure and working principle of traction elevators,analyze the energy consumption composition and energy consumption characteristics of traction elevators,and determine the key factors that affect the energy consumption of traction elevators studied in this paper: load capacity,ascent/descend speed,and hoisting Height,etc.(3)Research on energy consumption detection methods of traction elevators.Check the domestic and foreign elevator energy consumption detection and analysis methods and related energy consumption detection and evaluation standards,analyze the current domestic and foreign elevator energy consumption detection and methods,and determine the energy consumption detection plan of the traction elevator—simulated working condition method.Energy consumption detection.(4)Energy consumption detection and analysis of traction elevators.Use the single variable method to detect the energy consumption waveforms of traction elevators under different load capacity,operating speeds,lifting heights and the presence of harmonics in power grids for comparative analysis;use Python programming to design voice to process the detected data and analyze key parameters Impact on energy consumption of traction elevators.(5)Through the analysis of the key factors affecting the energy consumption of traction elevators,the elevator energy-saving measures are proposed.
