| China attaches great importance to the development of the new energy vehicle industry.In recent years,the continuous improvement of China’s new energy vehicle industry policy and infrastructure has gradually received good market feedback.The overall trend of the current development of the automotive industry is "electrification,networking and intelligence".All aspects of the value chain of the automotive industry,from R&D to products,from production and operation to sales models,are undergoing drastic changes with the restructuring of the industry.The level of competitiveness of these enterprises themselves will determine whether they can survive in the future.In this context,this thesis takes the competitiveness of new energy vehicle enterprises as the research object and analyses and evaluates the elements of competitiveness from the perspective of value chain analysis.Based on the analysis of the competitive environment of new energy automobile enterprises in China,an in-depth analysis of the value chain and key activities of automobile enterprises is carried out,and the core competitiveness elements of new energy automobile enterprises are innovatively identified through the analysis of the characteristics of the value chain process of new energy automobile enterprises,by which the analysis indexes for the evaluation of the competitiveness of new energy automobile enterprises are constructed,and a model for the evaluation of the competitiveness of new energy automobile companies is derived.Finally,through a comparative analysis of two typical new energy vehicle companies,BYD and Xpeng,focusing on three dimensions:attaching importance to research and development of core technologies,strengthening the integration of advantageous resources and reinforcing the perception of customer service,feasible strategies are proposed that can improve the competitiveness of new energy vehicle companies in China. |
