Research On Improving The International Competitiveness Of China’s Air Cargo Enterprises From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Under the influence of the COVID-19,the air cargo market has been hit hard,resulting in a difficult situation for China’s air cargo enterprises.On the other hand,it also highlights the problems of weak international competitiveness of China’s air cargo enterprises and insufficient air cargo infrastructure.Air cargo can not only effectively stabilize the international logistics supply chain,It also plays an important role in China’s foreign trade transactions and the economic activities of China’s investment and construction enterprises abroad.However,the global layout of China’s global industrial chain is affected by the weak international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises to a certain extent.Based on this background,combined with the supply chain,this thesis further studies how to improve the international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises.This thesis is divided into four parts.Firstly,it combs the literature on the international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises,supply chain management theory,collaborative evolution theory and international competitiveness,analyzes the relevant research progress at home and abroad,and defines the research direction of the thesis;Secondly,it studies the development status,development shortcomings and development trend of air cargo enterprises at home and abroad,analyzes the power of the evolution of international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises from the theoretical level,and deduces the analysis model of international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises from the perspective of enterprise automation,supply chain coupling power and other power,combined with relevant Jinpei causality theory;Thirdly,according to the evaluation index system derived from the international competitiveness analysis model,this thesis makes an empirical analysis through TOPSIS model,and analyzes the results of the international competitiveness of domestic and foreign air cargo enterprises from five dimensions,international market environment,resource guarantee ability,enterprise management ability,technological product innovation ability and supply chain management ability,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the current international competitiveness of China’s air cargo enterprises;Finally,according to the evaluation results,the fsQCA method is used to analyze the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises,summarize the two ways to improve the international competitiveness of supply chain management and resource guarantee,and put forward the measures to improve the international competitiveness of China’s air cargo enterprises.The innovation of this thesis is to build an analysis model of international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises with supply chain characteristics.On this basis,it further deduces the evaluation index system of international competitiveness of air cargo enterprises with supply chain elements,and further puts forward specific ways and measures to improve international competitiveness combined with supply chain theory.
