Investment Feasibility Study Of Customized Passenger Transport

Mobile Internet technology has been involved into almost all fields of human’s life and production,and also has affected human’s travel pattern deeply.At present,traditional highway bus companies in China have not been able to follow the pace for reform,transformation and upgrading,resulting in the dislocation and mismatch between the supply of traditional highway bus and people’s new demand of travel,which means the development of highway bus transportation can not keep up with people’s travel demand.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on how to realize the transformation and upgrading of highway bus transportation from traditional enterprises by the way of mobile Internet.First of all,this paper mainly discusses how enterprises of traditional highway bus provide customized bus services under the realistic background of the development and application of Internet technology.Customized bus transportation is the main direction of the development of transportation industry in the future,and introducing Internet technology will provide passengers with more convenient services and more flexible business choices.Secondly,according to the relevant theories,The paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the current development of road transportation trades and the main reasons why cause these difficulties.Furthermore,combined with the current development and future prospects of road bus transportation,this paper analyzes the investment environment of road bus transportation,demonstrates the feasibility of upgrading and transforming traditional road bus transport enterprises and putting customized bus transportation services into practice by using Internet technology.In conclusion,YX project implementation in western Chongqing satisfies the direction of transformation and upgrading of road bus transportation.Finally,this paper analyzes the investment financial benefits and risk assessment of YX project,and demonstrates the financial feasibility of customized bus transportation project in western area of Chongqing.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Facing the current sharp decline in road bus transportation market,traditional road bus transportation enterprises in China need to upgrade and transform their management urgently.Developing customized bus transportation is an inevitable choice for traditional road bus transportation enterprises.(2)Analyzing from the aspects of the environment of market,economy,industry and investment feasibility,it can be concluded that it is feasible to promote customized bus transportation YX project in Western Chongqing in forms and economic benefits.
